★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaget waktu dapat konfirmasi penerimaan paket dari shopee. ternyata statusnya: sudah terkirim titip di J&T anggajaya II. Maksudnya gimana ni. Pas didatangi siang2 tutup. Mau ga mau tetep melepas uang ke penjual walau barang entah dimana berada. Padahal barangnya tanaman. Bukan untung malah merugi. Sudah dari Sabtu sampai sekarang ga ada kabar. Tolong dong pahami job desk kurir itu apa, Mengantar sampai tujuan kan? Kok males banget si SDM nya. Bukannya whatsapp malah ngarang2 data penerima.
I was shocked when I got the confirmation of receiving the package from Shopee. apparently the status: it has been sent to J&T anggajaya II. What do you mean? When visited in the afternoon it was closed. Like it or not, you still want to release money to the seller even though the goods are located somewhere. Though the goods are plants. Not profit but loss. It's been from Saturday until now there is no news. Please understand what a courier job desk is, deliver it to the destination right? How lazy is the HR. Instead of WhatsApp making up the recipient's data.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngawur ngasih biaya. Kirim dokumen biasa ke Jawa Timur yang beratnya nggak ada setengah kilo dikasih biaya 41 ribu tanpa asuransi. Akhirnya pindah ke sebelah gak jauh dari lokasi dengan asuransi hanya 30 Ribu. Mengecewakan, dan tidak jujur.
Too bad to pay. Sending ordinary documents to East Java that doesn't weigh half a kilo will cost you 41 thousand without insurance. Finally moved to the next door not far from the location with only 30 thousand insurance. Disappointing, and dishonest.
