★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J&T Cokroaminoto Bobrok ! Paket saya HILANG setelah ngirim disini. Dalam 6 Minggu hanya 1 Status tracking, tiba² berubah jadi (tertunda) Pengiriman dibatalkan :) Pihak J&T Cokroaminoto gaada kasih kabar selama 6 minggu itu, selalu saya yg chat duluan menanyakan paket, parahhhh! Akhirnya paket saya dinyatakan hilang, dan berhubung paket tidak diasuransikan, hanya diganti 10x biaya ongkir, padahal harga barang/paket tsb lumayan. Segera bertobatlah Pegawai²/Kurir² yg suka main nakal sama paket pelanggan :) AKU KAPOK NGIRIM NENG KENE
 J&T Cokroaminoto Dilapidated! My package was LOST after sending it here. Within 6 Weeks only 1 Status tracking, suddenly changed to (delayed) Delivery canceled :) J&T Cokroaminoto didn't give any news for the 6 weeks, I always chat the first time asking for a package, hahaha! Finally, my package was declared lost, and since the package was not insured, it was only replaced by 10 times the postage fee, even though the price of the item / package was decent. Immediately repent Employees / Couriers who like to play naughty with customer packages :) I KAPOK NGIRIM NENG KENE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J&t cabang ini tempat nya cukup kecil, bersebelahan dengan bengkel. Kurang bisa terlihat jika melintas. Hari minggu tutup tp menerima pengirimnan utk diproses esok hari
J & T's branch is quite small, next to the workshop. Less visible when passing. Sunday closes but accepts delivery for processing tomorrow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masih kurang paham kenapa kalau kita kirim dokumen tidak dilapisi plastik lagi seperti ekspedisi sebelah ? Kan lebih baik dan lebih menjaga isi dokumen.
Tapi J&T tetap jadi salah 1 andalan saya untuk pengiriman.
Still don't understand why if we send a document it's not covered with plastic anymore like the next expedition? It's better and more to maintain the contents of the document.
But J&T remains one of my mainstays for delivery.

The response was fast, sending the package directly inputted, didn't have to wait long. The sir/madam is also friendly. There's also cctv.
