★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mungkin overload jadi pengiriman makan waktu lama banget kirim jumat sampai minggu masih belim terima . Dateng ke cabang buat pickup langsung juga nunggunya lama. Status paket kirom dari tanggal 14 pagi 15 pagi sampai hari ini 16 minggu masihh mandek di cabang sini. Di datengin pickup sendiri nunggu lama bgt :( . Padahal ga pernah kaya gini. Staff nya gak rama h, gak say sorry atau action apa apa
 Maybe it's overloaded, so shipping takes a really long time, sent Friday to Sunday, still haven't received it. Came to the branch for immediate pickup and the wait was long. The status of the delivery package from 14 am 15 am to today 16 weeks is still stuck at this branch. When the pickup itself arrived, the wait was really long :( . Even though it's never been like this. The staff isn't friendly, they don't say sorry or take any action

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear jnt. Kalau emang overload ya nambah donk kurirnya. Ini barang dr tgl 6 dah nyampe citayam. Sampe sekarang tanggal 12, udah hampir seminggu ga dikirim2. Mana ada 2 barang lain lagi di perjalanan pake jnt lagi, lupa pilih yg lain harusnya.. hadeh..dulu padahal yang paling oke selain sicepat.
Dear jnt. If it's overloaded, please add the courier. This item from the 6th has arrived Citayam. Until now on the 12th, it's been almost a week without sending. Where there are 2 other items on the trip using jnt again, forgot to choose another one should be.. hadeh.. even though it was the best besides fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located near Citayam Station. Many parking spot available. Less crowded and sometimes hard to find. It's on the side of a Bank so if you want to draw money, it'll be quick. There's also gated housing behind it. If you come over than 9PM it's the best hour.
