★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ibu saya kirim paket dari kampung. Karena saya sedang hamil dan ngidam masakan orang tua saya.. kami Sudah bayar biaya paket paling cepat sampai yaitu 2 hari. Karena kirim lauk yang bisa basi . Makanya kita ambil layanan paling cepat. Ternyata paket kita di diemin d sini selama 3 hari. Dan akhirnya barangnya basi. Ini bukan masalqh ganti ruginya tapi pengorbanan orang yang mengirim paket. Yang mengharapkan banget paketnya sampai. Ternyata dengan cuek nya orang2 d gudang ini menunda nunda pengiriman paket kami . Mungkin karena mengutamakan paket2 dari marketplace jadi paket individu di acuhkan dan di anggap remeh. Terimakasih untuk pelayanya.
 My mother sent a package from the village. Because I'm pregnant and craving for my parents' food.. we already paid the package fee, the fastest it arrived, which was 2 days. Because send a side dish that can be stale. That's why we take the fastest service. It turned out that our package was left here for 3 days. And finally the stuff stale. This is not a matter of compensation but the sacrifice of the person who sent the package. Who really expected the package to arrive. It turned out that the people in this warehouse were ignorantly delaying the delivery of our package. Maybe because it prioritizes packages from the marketplace, so individual packages are ignored and taken for granted. Thanks for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurirnya bisa2nya bawa paket sya ke rumahnya, bukannya diantar lgsg ke rumah sya, udh gt dinotifnya udah diterima an. sya pdahal sya ga terima apa, besok paginya baru diantar sma kurirnya, jangan dibiasakan ya mas, kesel tau.. lagian rumah sya deket loh dgn kantor J&T Express yg di BSD, bukannya diantar lgsg ?
The courier could have brought my package to his house, instead of having it delivered directly to my house, the notification has already been received. sya even though i didn't receive anything, the next morning it was delivered by the courier, don't get used to it, bro, it's annoying you know... anyways my house is close to the J&T Express office in BSD, not delivered directly
