★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo paket transit ke sini pasti akan lemot lelet dan macet, bukan sekali dua kali selalu berpuluh puluh kali pdhl alamat d tuju ndak sd 5km radius dr agen, ndak tau J&t msh aja ndak segel nih agen yaa pdhl sdh banyak keluhan,... makanya kalo daerah sini mending pakai kurir lain kalo ada yaa
 If the transit package here will definitely be slow and jammed, not once or twice always tens of times even though the address is not up to 5km radius from the agent, I don't know J&T still doesn't seal this agent, yes, there have been many complaints... that's why If it's in this area, it's better to use another courier if there is one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya bagus, waktu itu pernah salah packing terus saya bongkar paketnya dan di bantuin packing lagi sama petugasnya, baik banget dan bagus banget pelayanannya.
The service is good, at that time I had the wrong packing, then I unpacked the package and was helped by the packing again by the officer, the service was really good and really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah, puluhan paket saya kirim lewat JnT tpbpaket selalu dititipin tetangga, pdhal saya stay dirumah terus. Pdhal dipaket sdh ada keterangan jgn dititipin tetangga + pintu warna... Untuk jl klingkit no.22a pasti tau lah atas nama siapa!!! Krn udh puluhan paket !!!!!! Kecewa banget.
Worse, dozens of packages I send through JnT but always entrusted by neighbors, even though I stay at home all the time. Even though there is a description in the package do not be entrusted by neighbors + the color door ... For jl klingkit no.22a surely know in whose name !!! Because there are dozens of packages !!!!!! Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket saya alamatnya ada kurang nomor rumah tapi di tracking bilang sudah sampai. Sementara barang blm diterima. Telepon dari kurir pun gak ada. Tlg kembalikan paket saya. Saa tunggu 2x24 jam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ jadi ada paket nyasar krmh saya. trus jnt bojong indah wa saya, nyuruh kirimin ke alamat yg seharusnya dgn kondisi saya sendiri gabisa kmana2. saya udah minta dijemput aja paketnya, jnt nya gamau, malah saya disuruh tlp cust service sendiri buat minta paketnya di jemput krmh saya. tiap hari wa saya nyuruh saya kirimin paketnya. pulsa saya habis tlp cust service, paket ga kunjung dijemput, saya diteror terus.

so there was a stray package for me. then Jnt Bojong is beautiful wa me, told me to send it to the address that should be with my own condition, I can't. I have just asked for the package to be picked up, so it won't work, instead I was told to call my own cust service to get the package picked up for me. every day wa I told me to send the package. My credit has run out, but the cust service, the package hasn't been picked up, I continue to be terrorized.

FYI, the package should be to Cirebon. I arrived in Bandung. very close :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jangan harap telepon anda anda semua diangkat deh. Tuh teleponnya sampai berdebu. Itu telepon cuma buat pajangan, gak pernah dipakai. Saya lg disana lalu tes telpon on the spot, ada nada sambung sih tapi ternyata suara ringing mesin teleponnya di matikan dong..
Yah gimana pelayanan mau bagus, karyawannya saja jutek judes gak ramah, kayak gak seklolah. Lalu saya kritik “teleponnya jangan dimatiin suaranya dong, kl ada yang hubungi krn penting trus tidak diangkat bagaimana”, eh si mas / staff nya langsung kasi muka gak seneng. Mungkin setelah saya pergi telepon nya di silent lagi. (Tp saya harap tidak ya, itu keterlaluan namanya).
J&T Express cabang lain saja gak begini service nya. Jadi tolong di tingkatkan lebih jauh lagi dari sisi pelayanan. Kalau tidak, tutup saja cabang bojong, kita bisa pakai jasa kurir lain yg jauh lebih baik kerjanya.
Don't expect all of your calls to be picked up. The phone is dusty. It's a telephone just for display, it's never been used. I was there then test the telephone on the spot, there was a dial tone, but apparently the ringing sound of the telephone engine was turned off, please ...
Well, how do you want the service to be good, even the dirty employees are not friendly, like they aren't at school. Then I criticized "the voice should not be turned off, please, if anyone contacted because it was important, then how about not being picked up," eh the mas / staff immediately gave me an unpleasant face. Maybe after I left the phone was silent again. (But I hope not, that's outrageous).
J&T Express, another branch isn't like this service. So please improve further from the service side. If not, just close the Bojong branch, we can use another courier service that works much better.
