mau kirim paket (shopee) masa' lgsung disuruh tinggal sja tanpa memberi bukti penerimaan.
note utk yg mau kirim barang, jangan lgsung mau kalau disuruh lgsung ninggalin barangnya tp harus minta bukti penerimaan.

want to send a package (shopee) directly told to stay without providing proof of receipt.
note for those who want to send goods, do not want them to immediately leave the goods but have to ask for proof of receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ j&t mah bagus...tp karyawanya ribet banget yg cewek dua tuh kacamata bikin hmmmm...pertanyaanya knpa harus ribet g sperti karyawan yg Lama? dan j&t harus tau kita kirim barang DFOD khususnya indonesia timur dia g mau trima.tp j&t Lain mau apa masalahnya dan apa bedanya? bukankah DFOD program cuma j&t yg punya!!! parahnya lagi barang sdah dipaking rapih dibongkar semua.pdhl langganan sdah tau sparepart/alat" motor.yahhhh cukup puas kecewanya ???
j & t mah is good ... but the employee is so complicated that two girls make glasses hmmmm ... the question is why should it be complicated like an old employee? and j & t have to know we send DFOD goods especially east indonesia he doesn't want to receive. http j & t Other what do you want the problem and what's the difference? Isn't the DFOD program the only J&T that has it !!! the worse thing is that the items have been made neatly dismantled. all the customers have already known the spare parts / tools "motor. ahhhh they are quite satisfied with their disappointment ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service nya jutek gila, saya cuma nanya paket saya dimana, malah di jutekin tolong dong itu karyawan nya diajarin atitude dan untuk mas kurir klw ngerasa trlalu malam ngantar paketnya di bawa ke gudang lagi aja jgn dititp ke tempat orang yg saya enggak kenal
Customer service is crazy jutek, I just asked where my package was, instead it was jutekin, please help the employees be taught atitude and for the courier, I feel that late at night the package is taken to the warehouse again, don't drop it to someone I don't know

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duh sayang banget nama besar J&T jadi rusak karena front liner nya, yang jadi garda terdepannya bad attitude,, setelah baca review ternyata bukan cuma saya aja yg merasa ga nyaman. Tolong dong J&T di develop lagi customer servicenya yang di cabang sini, 2 perempuan, yang satu berkerudung yang satu lagi tidak, pakai kacamata. Semoga ke depan nya bisa lebih baik lagi. Terima kasih.
It's a shame that J&T's big name was damaged because of the front liner, who was the front liner, bad attitude, after reading the review it turned out that I wasn't the only one who felt uncomfortable. Please develop J&T customer service in this branch, 2 women, one with a veil and the other not, wear glasses. Hopefully in the future it can be even better. thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malam masih buka tp belum tentu langsung eksekusi, hanya di tempeli nomor dr shopee saja.
Jd status pengiriman dipending/ sdg di kemas. Padahal sudah diserahkan ke counter/kurir.
Kalo yg di Brigjen katamso langsung eksekusi, langsung di print dan dikasih tanda bukti klo sudah diserahkan ke J n T.
It's still open at night, but it doesn't necessarily execute right away, it's only attached to the shopee number.
So the shipping status is pending / being packed. Even though it has been handed over to the counter/courier.
If the one at Brigadier General Katamso was executed immediately, it was printed immediately and given a proof if it had been submitted to J n T.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front liner nya cowok yg jaga di Sabtu, 9 April 2022 pukul 08:30 wib agak gendut sama sekali tidak ramah. Nyebahi. Kita customer sudah ramah ke mereka, tidak ada timbal balik. Menyedihkan. Kecewa.
The front liner is the guy on guard on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 08:30 wib, a bit fat, not friendly at all. Nyebahi. We customers have been friendly to them, there is no reciprocity. Pathetic. Disappointed.
