★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terpaksa ambil barang digudang j&t sleman barat karena paketnya baru masuk sore (jam kantor udah tutup sebenarnya),..padahal besok pagi-pagi udah mau dibawa berangkat ke luar jawa..
Alhamdulillah respon pegawainya, mbak cs nya (yg pake jilbab kacamata) dan pegawai gudangnya positif banget.. paketnya dicariin, walaupun agak nunggu lama karna harus sortir ribuan paket.
Terimakasih, bintang 5 buat pelayanan J&T Sleman Barat.
Forced to take goods at the J & T warehouse in West Semann because the package just arrived late in the evening (office hours are actually closed), ... even though tomorrow morning I already want to be taken out of Java ..
Alhamdulillah, the response of the staff, the cs lady (who wears a glasses veil) and the warehouse staff are very positive ... I looked for the package, although it was a bit of a long wait because I had to sort thousands of packages.
Thank you, 5 stars for J&T Sleman Barat service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bener2 jelek pelayanan kurir nya udah jelas request pengiriman di jam kantor tp malah super telat dan gaada penjelasan, bahkan customer service udah bantu kasih nomor kurir tersebut buat konfirmasi pengiriman tetep ga direspon sama kurirnya. j&t kalo masi punya pegawai gj gini aku yakin si rating nya bakal turun terus, para kurir belajar tanggung jawab dong setidaknya konfirmasi kalo ada keterlambatan dll bukan malah acuh. Kalo mau dihargai belajar gih ngehargai orang lain!
It's really bad the courier service is clear, the request for delivery at office hours is even super late and there is no explanation, even customer service has helped give the courier number for confirmation of delivery but the courier still doesn't respond. j & t if you still have employees like this, I'm sure the rating will continue to drop, the couriers learn responsibility, at least confirm if there are delays etc., not just indifferent. If you want to be appreciated, learn to respect others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jarak rumah saya dengan kantor ini kurang dari 1km, tapi berkali- kali menerima paket menggunakan jnt sangat lambat kurirnya.... Sering dalam tracking ceck barang sudah di Terima kurir jam 8 atau 9 pagi.. Sampai sore pun tak kunjung datang....... Saya ambil sendiri ga boleh.....
Bahkan pernah barang sdh di tangan kurir baru nyampe 2 hari kemudian, sNgat kecewa saya.....
Untuk itu saya sekarang sering minta rekanan menggunakan jasa yang lain... Walaupun gudang jauh... Namun barang terus jalan ga ngetem entah di mana.
Kita selalu pantau perjalanan barang pesanan kami atau kiriman kami..

Even once the goods were in the hands of the courier and it arrived 2 days later, I was very disappointed.....
For this reason, I often ask partners to use other services... Even though the warehouse is far away... But the goods don't go anywhere.
We always monitor the journey of our ordered goods or our shipments..

Lah dari Jog_Gateway udh dikonfirmasi pengiriman ke alamat... lah ini malah bablas melewati alamat dikirim ke DC sleman barat tanpa konfirmasi..

It's from Jog_Gateway that it's been confirmed that delivery to this address... even though it went wrong, it was sent to West Sleman DC without confirmation..
