★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a regular at this coffee shop. After trying several other cafes in and around Grand ITC Permata Hijau, I settled on Item Manis as my go to cafe for daily coffee. The baristas are always friendly and help me practice Indonesian. It is so nice to see their smiling welcoming faces each morning. The cafe itself is clean with free WiFi and good music. The coffee is a consistently fresh and tasty. I usually have an iced Ameicano and kripik pisang (banana chips). Plus there are always new promotions and items on the menu.

The location on Sapphire block Opposite ITC permata hijau So easy to getting there. For the price average Coffee shop in Jakarta. The staff are welcome and helpfull. With nice interior and simple. If you have a time visit ITC permata hijau, try and feel the ambience. This Coffee shop also sell roaster famous Coffee bean from Indonesia. Have a two space for smoking and non so Good for hangout with friends. I’m order Hot Brown Sugar Fresh Milk with price IDR 18,000.
