Pelayanannya buruk bgt, padahal saya mau beli bukan mau maling tapi disindir2 gitu sama pegawainya, maksudnya apasi bikin kapok aja belanja disana, tolong dong ownernya pegawai kaya gitu diganti aja ngga pantes.
The service is bad, even though I want to buy it, I don't want to be thieved but insinuated, so is the employee, I mean what makes me feel like shopping there, please have the owner be rich, just replace it or not.

Luar bisa tidak ramah karyawanya , minta tolong aja malas ada aja alasanya . kalau pelayanan masih kaya gitu siap2 aja kalah sama kompetitor .

Masuk ke istana kado lucu banyak pernak pernik tp pelayannya kaya penjaga neraka. Berkerudung tp ga ada ramah2nya. Tolong dong buat pemiliknya,kualitas pelayanan nya tuh di tingkatin, pelanggan adalah raja. Udah bayar dan beli tp ga ada yg senyum sama sekali. Mau bayar aja diliatin dulu berasa kaya maling. Berasa ada di neraka masuk kesana tuh!

Asli parah sih karyawanya, pada sibuk masing2 ada yg maen HP ada yg sinis bgt liatinya klo kita lama milih2. klo gk terpakasa gk bakal kesini gua sumpah! Tolong di training lgi karyawanya bos,pelayanya sangat2 buruk! klo ttep kya gitu ,dijamin omset merosot. catet!!!
The employees are really bad, while they are busy with each other playing cellphones, some are cynical about it if we take so long to choose. if I don't think I'll come here I swear! Please train your employees again, boss, the service is very bad! if that is the case, the turnover is guaranteed to decline. catet !!!

Baru kali ini belanja ke toko pernak pernik, pas buka pintu berasa buka pintu sel.. ?? Niat mau belanja, kalo belanja ya pasti bawa uang, punya uang. Tp mata pelayan & raut muka nya , seakan2 nuduh kita kyak mau nyolong. Emang sebelum kerja mereka pd gak di training dlu ya, tata cra melayani & menyambut customer dengan baik. Pelayan nya mungkin pd gak gosok gigi kali ya..?? Makanya takut senyum. Muka nya pd tegang kyak lg ngadepin soal UN ?? males makanya belanja disana kalo gak urgent2 banget..!!

Tolong di edukasi tentang etika sopan santun terhadap pelanggan, hari ini jam 20.15 saya berniat membeli kado,,, ketika masuk ke toko, toko masih open, lampu masih nyala dan tidak ada informasi toko akan tutup,, tiba2 karyawan mematikan lampu dan menutup railing pintu,, sungguh sangat tidak sopan disaat customer sedang memilih barang,, jika diawal diinformasikan toko sudah tutup akan lebih baik, dibandingkan mengusir secara halus dgn cara yang karyawan anda lakukan,,bad attitude sayang saja jika pelayanan seperti ini maka kredibilitas toko akan terlihat buruk dan pelanggan akan lari ke kompetitor yg pelayanan lebih baik.
