Provide discussions , options, alternative, forecast of completion, estimated price, contacting as needed during repairing process and send email afterwards along with receipt.
Reasonable Price (Way cheaper comparing go to Apple Center—such as in Menteng)
UPDATED JAN 2020:
Visit here few times. My last visit jut few days ago. I have beer spilled over my MacBook keyboard. I ask for keyboard replacement if needed.
The service (by the owner) was just so great, he advise to look to clean up first and check if it need to be replaced. Turns out it was.
It cost me less than $80. This is so affordable!
Not mention super friendly staff & owner.
PS: what Apple user need to understand that Apple (in Jakarta) is reluctant to repair any of Apple product and they would advise for buying a new one instead. This is Apple policy everywhere.
Although NOT the best product in the market, Apple is reliable. So if you not really tech savvy (as myself), it is a good alternatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alright, so imma share a lil bit of my review about this phone repair service. I had a broken screen and i came to this store to fix it. Initially, even though the screen quality (color wise) was great but i was not too satisfied with the sensitivity and also there were some minor dents on the phone screen. So immediately at that moment i asked for a different screen. However unfortunately that was their only screen at that time.
And because I’m a perfectionist, i asked the owner if he could find me a perfect screen considering the price of it was not that cheap and i can understand that (the screen is 100%original).
Long story short, after waited for almost 5 months due to covid situation, the new screen is arrived. When they replaced my screen, unfortunately something went wrong and consequently, my face id is not working.
BUT, the owner was really responsible and promised that he would take his responsibility for this and eventually he replaced the entire sensor and the second screen is 100% PERFECT, no dent, no insensitivity, nothing.
So overall, i have to say this store is really recommended, you guys keep your promises and really willing to satisfy your customers even tho for a perfectionist like me. i do really appreciate for your work so imma give a straight 5 stars! Keep what you guys've been doing! Stay professional! Especially hats off to the owner!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know this place from a friend who bought airpods from this place. Then I realized they could fix macbooks too. So I decided to bring my macbook pro and change the battery there. The process only took around 10 until 15mins. Soooooo fast. As for the price I think it was a really good price. The people were also very nice. Will definitely scome back here if I need something more for my macbook.

What I love most is their “no fix no pay” motto, so I could consult them first without having to make any decisions right away. Recommended! Would always fix my apple devices here☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my ipad 4 there to replace its broken touchscreen. Price was fair and the cashier even explained the cost details (they have prices listed on online marketplace) so it’s not shady at all. The repair was slightly delayed from 1 day into 2 days because no sparepart. My only complaint was they should communicate it better. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and the ipad was fixed profesionally with great results. I’d recommend this place to anyone with troubles on their Apple devices (iphone ipad macbook imac etc). The place is located conveniently inside a not so busy mall.
