★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sama suami survey kesini buat cari referensi hunian yang cocok. Tempatnya bagus..cicilan juga ga terlalu berat. Boleh jadi alternatif buat yang lagi cari rumah. Lokasinya udah masuk daerah depok sih kalau lihat di peta.
Kalau dari cirendeu ciputat, jalannya melewati lanut TNI AU pondok cabe. Nanti sebelah kiri ada gapura deket indomaret. Nah masuk aja kesitu, mengikuti jalannya aja. Sekitar 10 menit dari gapura lah untuk sampai ke Isana Griya. Griyanya ada disebelah kanan. Perjalanannya masuk ke kampung kampung, tapi jalanan besar kok. Saya biasanya ambil jalan ini sebagai alternatif kalau mau ke bogor agar ga lewat gaplek.
Kavling baru.. harganya beragam sesuai dengan luas tanah dan letaknya. Kisarannya 600-800 jt an kira kira. Kalau anda bekerja di daerah jakarta selatan, tangerang selatan, depok dan sekitarnya.. perjalanannya masih terjangkau.

Same survey husband here to find reference housing that is suitable. The place is good..the installment isn't too heavy either. May be an alternative for those who are looking for a house. The location is already in Depok area if you look at the map.
If from cirendeu ciputat, the road passes lanut TNI AU pondok cabe. Later on, there will be a gate near Indomaret. Just go in there, just follow the path. About 10 minutes from the gate is to get to Isana Griya. The grill is on the right. The journey into the villages, but the streets are big. I usually take this road as an alternative if I want to go to Bogor to avoid passing through cassava.
New lots ... the price varies according to the size of the land and its location. The range is 600-800 million. If you work in the area of South Jakarta, South Tangerang, Depok and surrounding areas ... the journey is still affordable.
