Hair was cut too short, wash+blow dry was charged separately and was not informed, asked for curtain bangs but it seemed like the person didn't really know about it– a huge chunk of my front hair is now really odd-looking, it has an awkard length that doesn't fit with my face shape at all. One look and you can tell that there's something wrong with the haircut. Will never step into this salon ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What differs one & so many similar businesses nowadays is the SERVICE they're willing to give without being asked. Irwan Team surely gives their best and even beyond service a customer could ask for, esp during the pandemic. They sprayed sanitizer on the sofa you're gonna sit on without being asked. The towels and covers are individually packed in a plastic bag, which I believed they are previously sterilised. In addition, I love their haircut results. Not to mention how friendly all the staffs are.
I'm just a satisfied customer. ?

I didn’t explain much about what i want only say “ mau potong rambut kayak shanimelia” and he delivered it pretty well. Got layer and the length just what i want hahaha. Thanks mas Jimmy!
Plus point, he’s friendly and humble too.
