Great service, understand my style, and very friendly. Recently had my hair colored with Ian as well and the color is exatcly what I want. Could not have better experience than this when it comes to your hair.

The people are all professionals and polite, from receptionists, stylists, hair colorists, those who do manicure and pedicure, hair and scalp treatment, washers etc, to those who serve drinks. They never force me to buy their products - this kind of attitude that I like. Honestly I've tried other branches but still keep coming back to the one in Grand Indonesia. Keep up the good work!!
