★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've got to come here 2 times because they couldn't reproduced the issue that I've described. Last solution they had is to downgrade the OS which I think it did not really solve the issue (workaround), I still have random sleep/hibernate on my machine but it happens less often. I appreciate the effort, but I think there are more ways to diagnose further such as logicboard physicial analysis, voltage analysis, etc. I recommend light/medium repair in this store.
