Pertama kali kesini tepatnya di cabang mangga besar. pelayanan cepat ngga perlu antri lama. Bersih juga tempatnya.

Penjelasan awal yang kurang menarik dari adminnya adalah waktu hasil test 6 jam, tetapi jika invalid data maka ada pengulangan selama 8 jam. Pertanyaan saya : kenapa bisa invalid data, harusnya hasil positif dan negatif Jawaban admin : itu karena dari mesin yg error membaca dimana bukan kuasa dari kitanya Team intibios, menurut saya ini penjelasan ini kurang ok yak, dimana intibios menjual jasa dengan leadtime yang dipromosikan, artinya jika dari mesin ada problem dan sering membaca error, berarti harus dilakukan validasi berkala terhadap mesin Dan ini problemnya di intibios, tapi kenapa pengulangannya semakin lama 8 jam, bukan sama2 6 jam....aneh menurut saya. Baru sekarang saya ketempat pelayanan jasa, tapi jelaskan kekurangan/problem si mesin dari awal saat daftar

Admin's answer: it's because of the machine that reads the error which is not under our control Intibios team, I think this explanation is not ok, where Intibios sells services with promoted leadtime, meaning that if the machine has problems and often reads errors, it means that periodic validation of the machine must be carried out And this is the problem in the core bios, but why does the repetition take longer than 8 hours, not the same as 6 hours.... strange to me. Only now did I go to the service center, but explain the shortcomings/problems of the machine from the start when registering

pelayanan jelek, Customer service meninggalkan saya waktu saya bertanya lewat whatsapp dan tidak dibalas lagi. (sekarang sudah 2-3 minggu sejak pertama kali dibales). saya sudah mencoba membalas berkali" tp tidak dijawab. tolong manejemen follow up, terima kasih

I went in for a test so I could fly to Borneo and asked what test I needed to get to fly. They told me I had to get a PCR test to fly and I took one.. when I called the airlines say a rapid test is fine if it is within 2 days of your flight. When I called the lab back to get refunded for the pcr test and only pay for the rapid test they refused and said since I took the pcr test they would not do it. The only reason I got the pcr test was because they said that is the one I needed to fly and could not use the rapid test.

*) i was referred to here by a lab administrator at Royal Taruma Hospital *) i called the front desk and i was given clear explanation related to the service and the swab fee *) to give some background: i was here at Wednesday and Thursday was a public holiday. *) i was given assurance that the result will still be released at Thursday even though it was a public holiday *) the registration process was very fast and quick. i need only to give the necessary information in only one page. In other place, the registration process are very complicated and troublesome. I really like the manual registration conducted here. From the time when i registered and took the swab test was only 15-20 minutes because there was 1-2 people on queue. *) they only accepts cash payment or bank transfer, no worries, they referred me to BCA bank ATM at Indomaret just 5 minutes walk. I was able to transfer the fee immediately *) at Thursday, i was able to get the result even though it was a public holiday. *) i requested the result to be released in English language because i need it for travel purposes. *) the administrator was very helpful, he explained the process in registering the result using EHAC mobile app and he processed my application immediately.
