★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, bad attitude dari salesnya (Rika Sartika) based Tangerang. Sabtu siang 29Feb jam 2 siang disuruh transfer sebelum jam 3 biar bisa dipasang di hari minggu 1maret. Sampai hari ini ga ada kabar dari teknisi dan sales pun menjelaskan dengan kata2 yg kurang sopan
Bad service, bad attitude from its sales (Rika Sartika) based on Tangerang. Saturday afternoon 29Feb at 2 noon told to transfer before 3 o'clock so that it can be installed on Sunday 1 March. To this day there is no news from the technician and the sales were explaining in disrespectful words

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan parahhh bangett,marketing nya janji2 sampe 7 hari setelah sy telah melakukan pembayaran,klo di tanya pihak pengelola gedung apt,TDK mengizinkan..sdgkan sy tanya ke pihak pengelola mengizinkan utk pemasangan..yg paling parah TLP ke CS selalu sibuk,sumpah pelayanan sampah bgt GIG Indosat..
The service is very bad, the marketing promises until 7 days after I have made the payment, if asked by the manager of the apt building, TDK permits ... I will ask the management to allow the installation ... the most severe TLP to CS is always busy, the oath of service the garbage is really GIG Indosat ...
