★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This NGO has a bad customer service and is only giving empty promises. I’ve been promised a refund for GGMUN 2020 in Thailand that I paid for in 2019. Due to Covid-19 outbreak, obviously every event is getting cancelled. In their T&C, cancelled events due to disaster (bencana alam) will be refunded. Isn’t the pandemic a global disaster though? I’ve waited for 9 months. I’m frustrated and upset that they can’t be reached as easy as it was when I was about to pay!!
