★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pest control terpayah yg pernah saya pakai. Obat pembasmi hama juga diencer2kan sehingga kualitas obat jadi gak maksimal basmi hama mungkin sengaja biar customer panggil bayar lagi. Setelah diminta datang ulang penyemprotan teknisi tidak pernah muncul padahal janji dari pagi. Sy hubungi yg namanya Bapak BAYU 0812-8945-5552 tidak digubris sama sekali. Benar2 kecewa dan TIDAK AKAN pakai jasa pest control ini lagi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service paling buruk dan sangat tidak professional. Managernya atas nama Bayu, menawarkan jasa pribadinya dengan harga 1/2 lebih miring tapi hasilnya jauh dari harapan. Sudah 3x service ulang tapi hasil tetap tidak tuntas. Alat untuk bor lantai tidak maksimal dan cairan di encerkan sehingga tidak membasmi rayapnya. Teknisi tidak profesional. Pernah tidak datang dari jadwal yg telah di tentukan dan pernah telat sampai 2 jam. Susah di hubungi dan sampai telpon tidak di angkat. Kapok! Makan tuh duit! Buang sial!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tidak membawa peralatan sendiri. pinjam ember dari saya, untuk ambil air berkali-kali alhasil air tumpah membasahi lantai dan mengenai kardus-kardus barang dagangan. menambah kerjaan dan bikin rugi. tidak ditunjukan obat yang dipakai berapa banyak, namun diencerkan dengan air sangat sangat banyak.
awal diskusi sangat responsive, namun pas hari h datang telat sekali. dalam diskusi bilang bila bisa bongkar lemari akan dibongkar, sampai tempat mengaku tidak bisa bongkar lemari. dicek ketok2 kayu lemari dibilang aman bersih dari rayap, kami paksa bongkar saat mereka masi ditempat, taunya bersarang rayap sangat banyak.
tertulis 10+ years in business di google, namun pengalaman dan pengetahuan minim. bilangnya kalau obat yang bagus disemprot tidak berbusa, ya pasti tidak berbusa karena dicampur air sangat banyak. pengerjaannya pun setengah setengah. saya minta tambah dikasi obat di bagian yang belum dibor dan dikasi obat, dia bilang, kalau kebanyakan bisa kebal. pengetahuannya benar atau malas?
bilang ada garansi 6 bulan. dalam 1 minggu ketemu sarang rayap lagi kisaran yang tidak dikenai obat. di wa responnya tidak seperti awal diskusi. dibalas sangat lama, dibilang akan ditreatment. alhasil harus saya treatment sendiri. seminggu kemudian muncul tempat kisaran yg tidak dikenai obat lagi, saya wa lagi, sampai beberapa minggu sampai saya ketik review ini tidak dibalas SAMA SEKALI. bahkan muncul lagi di kisaran tempat yang sama yang tidak mau dia kasi obat karena dia bilang takut rayapnya kebal.
