PELAYANAN dan PENGIRIMAN BARANG
Saya beli keramik ukuran 40x40 sebanyak 24 box dan MU - 400 sebanyak 1 sak dan MU - 200 sebanyak 1 sak 1/2, saya minta kirim hari itu juga dan saat sampai di rumah barang yang dateng hanya keramik sebanyak 13 box nah kurang nya banget. (Merasa dibohongi saya)
Dan saya kembali ke kemenangan jaya hendak meminta pertanggung jawaban, tapi pelayanan nya luar biasa parah attitude karyawan nya (Ika dan Adit)
Padahal disini yang dirugikan adalah pembeli.
Saran saya tolong diseleksi lagi karyawan nya, jangan hanya karena beberapa karyawan yang tidak baik merusak citra baik kemenangan jaya yang sudah banyak dipercaya oleh customer.

SERVICE AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
I bought 24 boxes of 40x40 ceramics and 1 sack of MU - 400 and 1 sack of MU - 200 for 1 1/2, I asked to send it the same day and when I got home the items that came only 13 boxes of ceramics, that's really lacking. (Feeling lied to me)
And I returned to Victory Jaya to ask for an answer, but the service was extremely bad, the attitude of the employees (Ika and Adit)
In fact, it is the buyer who is at a disadvantage here.
My advice, please select the employees again, not just because some bad employees damage the good image of Victory Jaya which has been trusted by many customers.

tp setelah saya selesai bayar, keramik yg dihantarkan ke saya adalah merk sparron. dan setelah dibuka ada yang pecah/cacat.
mestinya toko memberi keramik sesuai yg disepakati dan dilakukan pengecekan kondisi barang bagus atau cacat.
saran, sebaiknya cek n ricek kalau terpaksa belanja ke sini krn toko hanya meminta maaf stlh kami menemukan kesalahan yg mrk lakukan.

but after I finished paying, the ceramic that was delivered to me was the sparron brand. and after opening there is a broken / defective.
the shop should give the ceramics according to the agreement and check the condition of the good or defective items.
advice, it's better to check and recheck if you have to shop here because the shop only apologizes after we find the mistakes they made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya KECEWA BANGET YAH pas ke tempat lihat granit warna abu, saya bilang dan saya tanya ini warna abu, dan mas ADIT bilang nya iya iya aja, pas datang warna putih BW buluk jelek!!!!!!! saya komplain jawaban nya itu yang ada di display kalo TAU ITU BUKAN ABU KENAPA IYA IYA AJA PAS DIBILANG ABU. sudah gt saya pesan tambahan orderan sudah TRANSFER tapi barang tambahan nya gak di bawa katanya supir nya berangkat duluan LAH EMANG GAK KORDINASI SAMA SUPIR AKAN ADA BARANG TAMBAHAN SUMPAH SEKALI AJA SAYA BELI DISINI GAK LAGI LAGI!!!!!!!!!
I was VERY DISAPPOINTED YES when I went to the place where I saw the gray granite, I said and I asked it was gray, and ADIT said yes, just fine, when it arrived it was white, BW was ugly!!!!!! I complain that the answer is what is on the display if you KNOW IT'S NOT GRAY WHY YES YES, ONLY WHEN YOU SAY GRAY. I already ordered an additional order, the order was TRANSFERRED but the additional items were not brought, they said the driver left first, REALLY NO COORDINATION WITH THE DRIVER THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL ITEMS I swear I BUY HERE ONCE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!
