-Kendaraan beda jauh dibanding gambar yang ditunjukkan di web. Mirip seperti angkot ber ac
-Penumpang bertambah banyak setelah turun kapal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udh pesen tiket supir nelpon tanya arahan tujuan jemput nya sudah tau terus bilang jalan jm 10 maleman tunggu aja mb nanti di jemput tanpa jelas jam berapa nya , sy SMS JM 11 MLM supir nelpon lagi posisinya di Cinere apa cenere dah tu, terus bilang nanti tunggu ya hbs ini ke taman tekno, lah dr jm 11 malem sampe jam 2 pagi dini hari saya relaij melek ga ada telpon ga ada SMS, dan anak saya sampe nunggu mobil ga dateng2 tidur jm 1 malem itu karena saya suruh , ga tau nya saya di tinggal mobil dengan alasan nomer saya di tlp ga bisa di sms ga bisa.
Kecewa sama armada x ini

Sy buka gogle dan dpt web indotranz , alhamdulillah webnya kenceng gak lemot jadi lbh gampang kontak adminnya, dan yg pasti sangat responsip dgn pelanggan walaupun pelanggan baru yg hanya sekedarr bertanya doang.. Trimaksih indotranz dan skrg sy sdh menjadi bagian dr pelanggan baru indotaranz semoga bisa diperbaiki pelayannya trimakasih????
I just took a trip this time because I was layman so I could reach my destination .. I opened Google and got an indotranz website, thank God the website was not slow so it was easier to contact the admin, and certainly very responsive with customers even though new customers were just asking questions ... Trimaksih Indotranz and now I have become a part of Indotaranz's new customers, hopefully their servants can be improved, thank you????
