★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang dikarenakan memperbaiki kartu yang rusak, proses penggantian begitu cepat dan mudah, sempat antri sedikit. Beruntung datang pas antrian hanya 3 orang. Dilayani dengan ramah dan sopan.
 Came due to repairing a damaged card, the process of replacing was so quick and easy, there was a little queue. Luckily came in line with only 3 people. Served kindly and politely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabtu kemarin saya mau memperbaiki kartu yang gak bisa internetan, CS nya bodoh banget, masa gak bisa memperbaiki kartu saya, saya kecewa dengan pelayanan disini, sebelumnya udah 3x kartu saya gak bisa internetan dan saya pergi ke gerai indosat PGC mall dan mereka bisa memperbaikinya, eh disini baru sekali berkunjung untuk masalah kartu yang sama tapi gak bisa diperbaiki. Parah.,
Last Saturday I wanted to fix a card that couldn't surf, CS was really stupid, I couldn't fix my card, I was disappointed with the service here, before 3x my card wasn't able to surf and I went to the Indosat PGC mall store and they could fix it, eh here only once visited for the same card problem but it can't be fixed. Severe.,

Sekitar dua tahun menggunakan nomor indosat (post paid -super plan), hari ini saya berusaha merubah internet plan yang digunakan di gerai indosat lippo mall. Kecewa dengan pilihan yang ditawarkan: (i) Kembali lagi minggu depan, karena perubahan plan harus menunggu masa billing habis, dengan alasan tidak bisa tumpang tindih (2 internet plan bersamaan) dan (ii) berhenti berlanggan (nomor hangus).
Jujur, bagi saya solusi yang ditawarkan sangat aneh dan mengherankan. Yang pertama buang waktu karena harus bolak balik (apa tidak bisa di set dalam system tanggal efektif perubahan internet plan??), dan yang kedua ... sangat pilihan aneh (mengejutkan sekaligus mengecewakan).
Ya sudah lah, ... dengan perasaan kecewa dan merasa tidak punya pilihan lain, saya pilih berhenti berlangganan.
Very disappointing!
About two years using the Indosat number (post paid super plan), today I am trying to change the internet plan used in Indosat Lippo Mall outlets. Disappointed with the options offered: (i) Returning next week, because the plan changes must wait for the billing period to expire, with the reason that they cannot overlap (2 internet plans together) and (ii) stop subscribing (charred numbers).
Honestly, for me the solution offered is very strange and surprising. The first one wastes time because it has to go back and forth (can it not be set in an effective date system for internet plan changes?), And secondly ... it's a strange choice (both shocking and disappointing).
Yes, it was, ... with feelings of disappointment and feeling that I had no other choice, I chose to unsubscribe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya terpencil di sebelah Burger King. Customer Service cuma 3orang, mereka duduk sambil melayani komplain customer yg berdiri. Tempat duduk antrian cuma muat bbrp orang, jd kl lagi rame ya banyak org yg antri berdiri. Cuma mo ganti kartu dari 3G ke 4G butuh waktu lebih dari 20min antrinya. Great .. ?
The place is secluded next to Burger King. Customer Service only 3 people, they sat while serving customer complaints who stood up. The queue seats only fit a few people, so when there are lots of people, there are lots of people standing in line. Only mo change from 3G to 4G cards need more than 20min queue. Great ... ?
