Tanggal 7 Desember 2021 sore hari saya beli beras merek Indomaret ukuran 5 Kilo dua pack.
Beras langsung dibawa saja, saya percaya bahwa beras yang saya bawa tidak akan ada masalah karena sudah lama tidak pernah kecewa dengan kualitas barang yang dijual di waralaba ini, ketika tanggal 8 Desember pagi hari sekitar pukul 10 saya diberitahu istri saya bahwa beras sudah ada yang kuning dan terdapat banyak kutu.
Saya tidak bisa menjenalisir bahwa semua waralaba ini tidak bagus karena kejadian ini mungkin saja hanya oknum pegawai yang kurang teliti atau tidak menjalankan SOP.
mohon menjadi pembenahan bagi Manajemen Indomaret.

Air minum kemasan merek Indomaret ukuran 1500 ml di rak harganya Rp4.900,00. Saya datang ke kasir, sebelum saya kasih uangnya, kasirnya langsung bilang harganya Rp5.000,00. Saya sodorkan uang Rp5.000,00, kasirnya bilang uangnya pas dan ga kasih struk. Ketika saya minta struk, ternyata di struk harganya Rp5.000,00.
Entah berapa banyak pelanggan yang dibohongi dan berapa Rupiah uang yang dikorup.
