★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada beberapa point yang ingin saya ulas terkait indomaret di jalan tegal parang mampang prapatan :
Patokan paling jelas adalah di depan mushola an najah :
Point 1 :
Yang saya ketahui ada Sop ( Standar operasional prosedur ) di indomaret yang mengharuskan pegawai memberikan salam kepada costumer yang masuk ke indomaret, namun sayangnya pegawai di sana sering kali melupakan memberikan salam
Point 2 :
Ada beberapa orang rumah saya yang tersinggung dengan pelayanan 2 orang pegawai laki - laki yang ada di indomaret yang terkesan rasis
Misal :
Tadi siang 01 Oktober 2018
Ada seorang costumer yang datang ke indomaret dengan tujuan melakukan pembayaran listrik, namun ada salah satu pegawai laki - laki yang memberikan respon kepada si costumer dengan respon yang menurut saya sangat negatif dan menyinggung perasaan si customer
Pasal nya si pegawai laki2 itu langsung meminta customer wanita tersebut untuk meletakan tas yamg dia bawa ke depan meja kasir, yang mana dari nada bicara dan gestur tubuhnya menunjukam si pegawai menuduh bahwa si customer akan mencuri di sana ( padahal hanya ingin bayar listrik )
Jadi saran dan kritikan saya untuk indomaret mengenai hal ini adalah :
1. Jangan bedakan siapapun customer nya, baik org itu berkerudung yang panjang, pakai cadar atau pun org yang tidak berkerudung sekalipun, agar diperlakukan dengan seprofesional mungkin
2. Mohon di lakukan evaluasi atau penindakan kepada pegawai yang terkesan tidak ramah dengab costumer nya
Note : baru kali ini orang rumah saya menemukan pelayanan indomaret yang buruk sperti ini
Point 3 :
Mohon bagi pihak menejemen indomaret memperhatikan orang - orang yang nongkrong di parkiran indomaret ( tukang parkir ) karena terkadang membuat customer tidak nyaman karena bisa jadi itu menjadi nilai negatif bagi indomaret yang tidak bisa mengkondusifkan lingkungan parkir nya

 There are several points I want to review regarding Indomaret on Jalan Tegal Parang Mampang Prapatan:
The most obvious standard is in front of the mosque an najah:
Point 1:
What I know is that there is a Sop (Standard operating procedure) at Indomaret which requires employees to greet customers who enter Indomaret, but unfortunately the employees there often forget to give greetings
Point 2:
There were some people in my house who were offended by the service of 2 male employees at Indomaret who seemed racist
For example:
This afternoon 01 October 2018
There is a customer who comes to Indomaret with the aim of making electricity payments, but there is one male employee who gives a response to the customer with a response that I think is very negative and offends the customer
The article is that the male employee immediately asks the female customer to put the bag he is carrying to the cashier's desk, which from his tone of speech and gesture shows the employee accusing the customer of stealing there (even though he only wants to pay for electricity)
So my suggestions and criticisms for Indomaret on this matter are:
1. Do not differentiate between whoever the customer is, whether the person is wearing a long veil, wearing a veil or even those who are not veiled, so that they are treated as professionally as possible
2. Please evaluate or take action on employees who seem unfriendly to their customers
Note: this is the first time my home people find Indomaret service that is bad like this
Point 3:
Please pay attention to the Indomaret management people who hang out in the Indomaret parking lot (parking attendants) because sometimes it makes customers uncomfortable because it could be a negative value for Indomaret which cannot conducive its parking environment
So many reviews from me for Indomaret on the Tegal Parang road in front of the Annajah mosque

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya nyaman banget, atm juga lengkap, ada atm bca ada atm link, selain menjual kebutuhan sehari hari juga menjual roti dan nasi ayam. Menerima segala macam pembayaran cashless, banyak banget promonya, tempat parkir lumayan, cukup untuk 3 mobil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although there's a convince store nearer to my house, I would rather walk a little bit to go here. It's clean, the goods are always neatly arranged. The staff's so friendly and helpful. They do their job very well, fast service.
We all know that more people choose Indomaret because the cashiers work faster than other convenience store brands. My personal opinion, I hate when the cashier was very slow and sometimes they even chat with other staffs. But not here ? There are 3 ATMs here; BCA, Mandiri, and BRI.
