★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelum ada covid,Indomaret ini dulu 24 jam. Sekarang jam 10 aja udh tutup. Padahal butuh banget belanja sehabis pulang kerja malem buat kebutuhan. Semoga balik lagi ya buka 24 jam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modernisasi pelayanan masyarakat pada instansi pemerintah banyak yg sudah bagus dan memadai,.
Termasuk di RSUD Cengkareng,.
Pasien datang tinggal daftar ke anjungan otomatis untuk yg sudah memiliki kartu pasien.
Untuk yg daftar baru langsung ke loket pendaftaran.
Jika menggunakan BPJS maka akan di minta menunjukkan surat rujukan,.
Jika tidak bisa maka akan di daftarkan sebagai pasien umum.
Tapi di sayangkan sistem yg canggih tidak di barengi dengan edukasi melalui media informasi yg masif kemasyarakatan.
Sehingga sistem modern ga berfungsi maksimal.
Di pintu masuk ada satpam yg menerima pendaftaran,. Sekaligus menanyakan surat rujukan, di lanjut di anjungan pendaftaran otomatis ada 2-3 petugas,
1. cek data lagi
2. Pendampingan anjungan otomatis
3. Verivikator untuk memastikan pasien/keluarga pasien menandatangani form yg di print mesin.

Mungkin instansi pemerintah butuh orang DKV yg bisa membuat media informasi yg efektif dan meng evaluasi efisiensi media informasi tsb untuk dinoerbaiki lagi.
