Saya pengemudi salah satu taksi konfesional ternama di indonesia,,cerita nya mau topup emoney dan beli air minum botol yg besar,saya ambil di rak air minum dan menuju kasir ,saya kasih uang ke kasir pecahan 100 rb rupiah,karna uang cash saya cuma ada 135 rb rupiah,,kasir tanya ke saya uang pas atau uang kecil saya jawab gak ada sambil saya kasih liat uang cash saya semua nya,,kasir ini langsung ambil air minum yg mau saya beli dan mengembalikan nya lagi ke rak sambil bilang,,"kalau ada uang pas baru saya top up kan emony nya...
Pertanyaan saya apakah orang ini gak di training pelayanan ya??
Apa harus air minum itu di balikin ke rak nya padahal saya bisa batal top up emoney dan tetap beli air minum itu?
Sebaik nya di tanyakan lagi jadi beli air nya atau gak,,bukan main bawa aja kya gtu...
Saya komplain ini sekaligus menguji kwalitas menejemen indomaret bila melihat review saya ini apakah akan di proses karyawan itu atau tidak..

I am the driver of one of the leading confessional taxis in Indonesia, the story is that I want to top up emoney and buy a large bottle of drinking water, I take it from the drinking water rack and go to the cashier, I give the cashier the denomination of 100 thousand rupiah, because my cash is only there 135 thousand rupiah ,, the cashier asked me the exact money or small money I answered no while I saw all of my cash money, this cashier immediately took the drinking water I wanted to buy and returned it to the shelf saying ,, " if there is money when I just top up the emony ...
My question is, is this person not in service training?
Should the drinking water be returned to the shelf even though I can cancel the emoney top up and still buy the drinking water?
You better ask again so buy water or not ... it's not like playing, just bring it like that ...
I complain about this as well as testing the quality of Indomaret management when I see my review whether it will be processed by the employee or not ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff tokonya pada cuek dan pelayanannya setengah hati. Layout toko juga berantakan, jadi terkesan sempit. Coba cek rak selai roti sama susu kotak, debunya tebel. Saya mau ambil selai roti ga jadi, jijik karena tutupnya udah berdebu kaya berapa bulan ga pernah dibersihin. Supervisor bisa ngawasin toko sama team-nya ga nih?
The shop staff is indifferent and the service is half-hearted. The store layout is also messy, so it seems cramped. Try checking the bread jam and milk box, the dust is thick. I want to take the bread jam, it doesn't work, I'm disgusted because the lid is already dusty, it's like how many months it hasn't been cleaned.
