★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selamat siang indomaret,saya mau menyampaikan kekecewaan saya terhadap pelayanan indomaret jl.NANAS RAYA NO:40 TEGALSARI,TEGAL ,52112...bahwa kasir atas nama saudari IKA telah kurang ajar dan sangat lancang mengoperasikan hp saya untuk meregristasi dan mendaftar layanan i saku tanpa pamit terhadap saya dan parahnya lg dia melihat kode verifikasi sms dengan hp saya tanpa izin,awalnya saya hanya menunjukan kode pembayaran shoppe..tanpa sepengetahuan saya dan tanpa izin saya dia berani buka2 hp saya,kejadian tgl 03/01/2021 pukul 14:36...mohon ditindak demi kemajuan indomaret ke depan nya..trimakasih sekali lagi tolong hargain privacy konsumen jangan sembarangan buka2 hp orang lain..!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy tandain mbak2 kasir yang di 16.40an 21 November 2021 incharge shift siang judes banget. Sy sbgai pembeli wajar nanya barang yg mau sy beli, tp jawabanya cuman "Nggak ada! " pdhl blm selesai ngomong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dateng ke indomaret ini 18 january 2022 jam 17:15. saya taro belanjaan di kasir kedua karena di kasir 1 saya ga liat ada mbak mbak yang jaga. mbak kasir yg berdiri di kasir 2 diem ga berkutik, sibuk main HP padahal saya jelas jelas nungguin di depan dia
setelah beberapa detik mbak mbak di kasir 1 berdiri, ternyata di ngumpet dibawah, mgkn sibuk main HP. heran banget, kalo memang saya disuruh pindah ke kasir 1 mbok ya ngomong ! bukan malah sibuk main HP dan customer di biar biarin.
bikin kapok, ga akan belanja lagi disini, walaupun jarak dari rumah kesini deket banget. mending ke toko sebelah

After a few seconds, Ms. Ms. at cashier 1 stood up, it turned out that she was hiding below, maybe she was busy playing on her cellphone. really surprised, if I was told to move to the cashier 1 mbok yes say! not even busy playing HP and the customer is left alone.
I give up, I won't be shopping here again, even though the distance from my house is very close. better go to the shop next door
