The cashier is really rude, the customer service doesn't have a smile at all, what's wrong with the training when you're not told about good service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kebiasaan banget deh kasirnya gak denger atau gimana sih, udah sering pesen juga no sugar masih aja dikasih gula, heran kenapa sih gapernah mau repeat order kalo orang pesen kopi. Dibikin baru juga kan wasting time mending dari awal tuh repeat order!
It's really a habit that the cashier doesn't listen or what, I've often ordered no sugar and I'm still given sugar, I wonder why I never want to repeat orders when people order coffee. Making a new one is also wasting time, it's better to repeat orders from the start!
