★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini Indomaret yg diSPBU bukan ya depannya Lotte mart. Attitude karyawan yg jaga pertgl 28 feb 2021 di jam 19:30 asli jelek bgt. Cerita nya Belanja beli air aqua ukuran gede 2 biji sama bbrp Snack, gak ditawarin kantong belanja dong pas saya tanya ' gak ada kantong belanja nya ya, pdhl niat mau beli" eh keburu diginiin "suruh siapa mbaknya gak bawa kantong belanja" dgn ekspresi yg sumpah bikin jengkel. Auto keburu males saya , yg tadinya mw beli kantong belanja gak jadi. Dan emang kita itu ngambil sendiri gak dibantuin gaes ngituin belanjanya.
Untuk Indomaret tolonglah dibrefing itu karyawan nya yg baik, pelayanan kalian berpengaruh loh.
Attitude, greeting itu wajib. Jgn greeting tapi kaya gak ikhlas.
This is Indomaret which is at the SPBU, not the front of Lotte mart. The employee's attitude on 28 February 2021 at 19:30 was really bad. The story is shopping to buy aqua water with a large size 2 seeds with several Snacks, no shopping bag was offered when I asked 'there is no shopping bag, yes, I intend to buy "eh rushed diginiin" tell the lady to not bring a shopping bag "with an expression that I swear to annoy me. Auto was lazy to me, the one who bought a shopping bag didn't make it. And we take it ourselves without help, gaes, how to shop.
For Indomaret, please refer the good employees, your service is influential.
Attitude, greeting is mandatory. Don't greeting, but it's not sincere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semenjak ada atm bca antrian panjang gak jelas. Lebih banyak ke bca drpd ke kasir / tidak belanja. Merepotkan saya sebagai pelanggan tetap i-saku untuk memilih barang yang diinginkan & tak jadi belanja banyak karena repot misi misi ke 6 orang antri bca. Tolong manajemen indomaret untuk pindahkan mesin ke lokasi eskrim atau diluar sekalian agar tidak minus omset penjualan. Karyawan sangat ramah & selalu memberikan info promo i-saku kepada saya.
Since there is an ATM BCA, the long queue is not clear. More to BCA than to cashier / not shopping. It's troublesome for me as a regular i-saku customer to choose the items I want & don't spend a lot because of the hassle of 6 people queuing for BCA missions. Please Indomaret management to move the machine to the ice cream location or outside all at once so as not to minus sales turnover. The employees are very friendly & always provide me with i-saku promo info.
