' mba nya cuma jawab ' gatau ' . okela, saya pahamin. tapi tidak ada maaf atau apapun, saya bukan orang yang gila hormat, tapi alangkah baik nya meminta maaf dengan kesalahan yang sudah dibuat. tolong kedepan nya lebih dipahami untuk cara menyikapi pelanggan, dan mengecek semua mesin apakah rusak atau tidak. sehingga tidak terjadi kesalah pahaman seperti ini lagi. terimakasih.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barang lengkap tapi sayang kasir lambat. Tidak peduli dengan kondisi kustomer yang mengantri lama. Memilih melayani kustomer dengan barang belanjaan yang sangat banyak/grosir dan bertele-tele. Lebih baik pilih indomaret sebelum/sesudahnya karena tidak terlalu jauh.
Complete items but unfortunately the cashier is slow. Don't care about the condition of customers who queue for a long time. Choosing to serve customers with groceries that are very large / wholesale and wordy. Better to choose Indomaret before / after because it's not too far away.

Tapi mereka menjual fried chicken, donut dsb.
Pas mau beli ayam milih dada tp ga boleh, katanya udah ada yg punya. Lah klo uda ada yg punya kenapa ditaro di etalase??
Hal kecil sih, tp ga sesuai standard dan membuat customer kecewa n kesal. Walau akhirnya aku beli jg, kan ga enak ga jd beli.

Like Indomaret in general.
But they sell fried chicken, donuts and so on.
When I want to buy chicken I choose breast but not allowed, he said someone already has it. Well, if there is someone who has it, why put it in the window?
It's a small thing, but it's not up to standard and makes the customer disappointed and annoyed. Even though in the end I bought it too, it wasn't good that I didn't buy it.
