★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kasir awalnya hanya buka satu, di area meja kasir terlihat pegawai sedang bergerombol ngobrol ketawa ketiwi berisik. Saat saya dan suami tanya apakah kasir yg satunya buka atau tdk, petugas yg laki2 oper ke petugas yg perempuan dan yg lainnya masih aja bergerombol sambil ketawa ketiwi. Mohon kalau bekerja bersikap lah profesional, jaga attitude depan customer, jangan berisik sendiri di area kasir dan tidak melayani customer dgn baik. Tolong di evaluasi lagi karyawannya, ajarkan mereka service excellence spt apa. Jgn bikin customer jengkel dgn berisik bergerombol sendiri depan mata customer.
At first the cashier only opened one, at the cashier's desk area, employees were seen chatting in groups, laughing loudly. When my husband and I asked whether the other cashier was open or not, the male officer passed it to the female officer and the others still grouped together while laughing. Please, if you work, be professional, keep your attitude in front of customers, don't be noisy yourself in the cashier area and don't serve customers well. Please re-evaluate the employees, teach them what service excellence is like. Don't make the customer irritated by noisy crowding yourself in front of the customer's eyes.
