★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya di sebelah barat perempatan Pelemgurih (Jl. Wates). Tempat parkirnya lumayan luas dan bisa mrnampung sekitar 3 mobil. Untuk minimarketnya sendiri ada booth pastry dan fried chicken. Serta ada both buah dan jus. Selain itu terdapat ATM BNI dan CIMB Niaga.
NB. Selama masa PPKM Darurat Juli 2021 jam operasionalnya dibatasi dari pukul 10.00 WIB s.d 20.00 WIB.
 The location is west of the Pelemgurih intersection (Jl. Wates). The parking lot is quite large and can accommodate about 3 cars. For the minimarket, there is a pastry booth and fried chicken. And there are both fruit and juice. In addition, there are BNI and CIMB Niaga ATMs.
