★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear PT.indomarco.mohon untuk karyawan yang perempuan nya tolong di training kembali.agar bisa ramah dan sopan saat melayani customer..saya baru saja melakukan transaksi di indomaret didapan pergudangan pantai indah dadap saya di bentak oleh beliau..saya membeli roko dan tarik tunai disana.saat saya meminta di ambil kan rokok sampurna mild yang kecil tetapi beliau malah mengambil kan roko camel yang kecil dan langsung di scan.saya komplen saya minta mild tetapi dia denga TIDAK SOPAN NYQ bilang kepada saya TADI KATA NYA CAMEL. Dengan nada yang keras.saya mohon untuk di training kembali agar bisa memahami apa iti atittud demi kenyamanan dan kemajuan kita bersama.terimakasih
Dear PT.indomarco.please for employees whose women please train again. So that they can be friendly and polite when serving customers ... I just made a transaction at Indomaret in front of the beautiful beach warehousing. My face was snapped by him ... I bought a shop and pulled cash there. when I asked to take a small sampurna mild cigarette but he instead took a small camel shop and immediately scanned it. I complained I asked for mild but he was NOT polite, NYQ told me HIM CAMEL. With a harsh tone, I beg you to train again in order to understand what is atittud for the sake of our comfort and progress together.
