β β β β β Pengalaman buruk dengan pelayanan jasa yang buruk, saya dan pasangan saya berbelanja ke Indomart Cipinang Besar tertanggal 18 Januari 2022 di hari Selasa malam sekitar pukul 20.00+, awal datang kami langsung ke belakang dan memilih milih makanan, untuk jajanan kami, tibatiba karyawan cowo mengambilkan kami keranjang padahal kami pun tidak minta diambilkan, otomatis cewe/pasangan saya dalam bentuk menghargai karyawan tersebut bilang "terimakasih, baik banget si" atas ungkapan senang menggunakan gestur dan bahasa dari karakternya dengan awal pelayanan seperti itu, usai kami memilih-milih makanan dan minuman, langsunglah kami ke kasir dan melakukan pembayaran, selesai itu pasangan saya bilang kalau ada barang yang lupa dibeli, yaitu "shampoo" jadi kami bergegas ke arah barisan tempat shampoo, jongkok melihat dan memilih-milih shampoo yang akan kami beli, saya sempet bingung pasangan saya bilang "jangan berisik dan jangan berdiri terlebih dulu", sambil melihat saya, disitu saya bingung dan masih tidak paham kenapa, ternyata setelah saya mendengarkan baik-baik, ada celotehan menyakitkan bagi kami di baris sebelah kami memilih shampoo, karyawan dan kasir cewenya di malam itu mengobrol dengan kencangnya di jam kerja ngomongin kami "tau ga yang tadi gua ambilin keranjang? SOK IMUT BANGET bilang makasih, padahal gua ambilin keranjang, karena ada cowonya aja, lu liat gaaa, najiss gua, mau muntah, sok imut banget dst..". Dan disautlah oleh kasir dan akhirnya disitu mereka banyak berbicara mengenai pasangan saya, mungkin mereka tidak mengetahui, setelah pembayaran kami kembali ke etalase shampoo untuk memilih-milih shampoo yang mau kami beli, dan kami menyimak sebelum akhirnya pasangan saya mengajak pergi untuk tidak jadi membeli shampoo dengan nada kesal dan komplain, badannya gemetar dan panik, disini saya sedih melihat efek yang berdampak ke pasangan saya, apakah Indomart tidak mengajari etika dalam bekerja, tidak diajarkan take&give, hal hal yang hanya perlu dilakukan dalam bekerja,, dsb?, karena hal seperti ini sangat berdampak ke mentality pasangan saya yang sangat rentan sekali, dia seakan ketakutan untuk berbicara dengan orang lain lagi, menangis dan banyak bengong, bagi saya, hal yang sangat tidak penting dan tidak mempunyai profesionalisme ataupun justru kemanusiaan, hanya karna ucapan "terimakasih, baik banget si", pasangan saya dijudgement karakternya, padahal hal itu tidak perlu dilakukan saat bekerja, dan jujur ini sangat berdampak ke kesehatan mentalnya. Tolong atasannya setidaknya beri mereka ini peringatan dengan perilaku pegawainya yang seperti itu. Kami berbelanja mencari kesenangan, bukan membawa pulang rasa kesal dan sedih seperti ini. Kami juga sering belanja kesana dan SELALU MEMBAYAR. Selaku konsumen kami berhak mendapatkan perlindungan konsumen dengan jasa yang sangat buruk seperti ini. Dan kalau memang si karyawannya tidak berniat memberi kami keranjang, tidak perlu, kami pun tidak minta dibawakan keranjang hingga ujungnya terjadi judgement karakter pasangan saya yang berdampak ke mentalnya
Bad experience with poor service, my partner and I shopped at Indomart Cipinang Besar on January 18, 2022 on a Tuesday night around 20.00+, we came straight back and chose food, for our snacks, suddenly a male employee took us the basket even though we didn't ask for it to be taken, automatically my girl / partner in the form of appreciating the employee said "thank you, that's really nice" for the expression of being happy to use gestures and language from his character with the start of service like that, after we were choosing food and drinks, we went straight to the cashier and made the payment, after that my partner said that we forgot to buy something, namely "shampoo" so we rushed to the line where the shampoo was, squatted down and looked at the shampoo that we would buy, I was confused my partner said "don't make a noise and don't stand up first", while looking at me, there I was confused and I still don't understand why, it turns out that after I listened carefully, there was a painful chatter for us in the row next to us choosing shampoo, the female employee and cashier that night chatted loudly during working hours talking to us "Do you know what I took the basket earlier? SO CUTE I said thank you, even though I took the basket, because there was a guy, can you see, I'm unclean, I want to throw up, I'm so cute and so on..." And the cashier answered and finally there they talked a lot about my partner, maybe they didn't know, after payment we went back to the shampoo window to choose the shampoo we wanted to buy, and we listened before finally my partner asked me not to buy shampoo with an annoyed and complaining tone, his body trembled and panicked, here I am sad to see the effect which has an impact on my partner, does Indomart not teach work ethics, do not teach take & give, things that only need to be done at work, etc.?, because things like this really affect the mentality of my partner who is very vulnerable, he seems afraid to talking to other people again, crying and dumbfounded a lot, for me, very unimportant things and lacks professionalism or it's humanity, just because of the words "thank you, really good sir", my partner's character was judged, even though it didn't need to be done at work, and honestly this had a huge impact on his mental health. Please their superiors at least give them a warning with such employee behavior. We shop looking for fun, not to bring home this kind of upset and sadness. We also shop there often and ALWAYS PAY. As consumers, we have the right to get consumer protection with very bad services like this. And if the employee didn't intend to give us a basket, there's no need, we didn't ask for a basket to be brought until in the end there was a judgment on my partner's character which had an impact on his mental health.

β β β β β Kasir cewek nya beberapa kali saya kesana , sering banget video call atau TLP an gitu, padahal ada customer. Lagi ngelayanin di kasir juga sambil video call an . Rasanya ga sopan yah sebaiknya matikan tlp dlu kalo lagi ngelayanin customer
