Indomaret pertama yang ada di Binong. Waktu aku SD Indomaret ini udah ada, berarti sudah lebih dari 15 tahun. Cukup besar dan berkembang.

The first Indomaret in Binong. When I was in Indomaret Elementary School, it was already there, meaning it was more than 15 years. Quite large and growing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini tgl 17-03-2022 sekitar pukul 18:00 saya masuk ke indomart lokasi binong permai 1. Ada 2 pegawai laki2 yg sedang bongkar barang dari mobil pick up berseragam indomart. Tidak tahu siapa namanya yang jelas 1 orang yg berambut agak panjang melihat kepada saya dengan tatapan songong. Pas saya lihat balik dia tetap menatap dengan songong tidak tahu salah saya apa. Hanya saja itu sangat tidak sopan seperti hendak menantang customer yg datang. Apakah pegawai itu tidak diajarkan SOP untuk memperlakukan customer dengan sopan? Sampai saya berniat untuk tidak mau datang lagi berbelanja kesana dan semua keluarga atau kerabat saya.
Today, 17-03-2022, at around 18:00 I entered the Indomart, Binong Indah location. There were 2 male employees who were unloading goods from the pick-up car in Indomart uniform. I don't know what his name is, one person with long hair looks at me with a smug look. When I looked back, he was still staring blankly, not knowing what I was doing wrong. It's just that it's very impolite like trying to challenge a customer who comes. Was the employee not taught SOPs to treat customers politely? Until I intend not to want to come again to shop there and all my family or relatives.
