Hari senin saya sedang pilih2 granite & sales indogress mempromosikan punya product stepnose, makanya saya pilih indogress, price list stepnose katanya akan segera dikabari dan saya diminta untuk proses granite yg biasanya dulu saja.. (saya lebih percaya potongan pabrik dibanding potong stepnose ketempat lain)
Setelah saya payment untuk granite biasanya price list untuk granite stepnose nya tdk ada kabar (pdahal dia janjikan dihari yg sama memberikan pricelistnya) dan akhirnya saya tlpn & wa sales, ybs malah suruh saya beli lagi granite yg biasa dan dipotong sendiri untuk stepnose nya (trus value lebih yg ditawarkannya mana ya???) , dan akhirnya setelah perdebatan panjang baru di berikan pricelist nya hari kamis beserta no wa SPV nya, ketika saya mau pesan SPVnya bilang min pemesanan 10box, padahal jika sesuai janji sales hari senin segera memberikan pricelist nya hari senin, total saya beli jauh lebih dari minimum pembelian 10box tsb, dan SPV nya juga menyuruh saya beli lagi lantainya dan POTONG SENDIRI stepnose nya jika pembelian dibawah 10box (kalau tdk bisa kasih price list di hari yg sama yaitu hari senin, mending bilang biar belinya semua nya di hari kamis, bukannya malah yg penting payment saat itu juga)
Kirain ada value lebih klo beli indogress, gataunya malah zonk.. ujung2 nya harus beli lagi granite nya (dan pasti nunggu lagi bbrp hari, karna pesanan pertama di senin juga belum sampai apalagi pesan an ke-2 di hari kamis & mungkin kena ongkir karna pembelian sedikit) dan yg lebih parahnya POTONG SENDIRI stepnose nya (value yg ditawarkan mana ya??) Malahan sayaa jadi keluar biaya lebih karna pesan harus 2x + buang2 waktu
Terimakasih indogress, dengan pelayanan seperti ini saya jadi menyesal pilih granite indogress bahkan saya sudah merasa meyesal sebelum pesanan saya sampai & dipasang
The field sales are very unprofessional..
Monday I was choosing granite & Indogress sales were promoting their stepnose product, that's why I chose Indogress, the stepnose price list said they would be notified soon and I was asked to process granite which I usually do first.. (I prefer factory cut than stepnose cutting elsewhere)
After I paid for the granite, usually the price list for the granite stepnose didn't get any news (even though he promised to give the pricelist on the same day) and finally I called & wa sales, he told me to buy another regular granite and cut it myself for the stepnose (then What more value does it offer???) , and finally after a long debate, the pricelist was just given on Thursday along with the SPV number, when I wanted to order the SPV it said min order 10 boxes, even though if it was according to the sales promise on Monday, I immediately gave the pricelist Monday, the total I bought was far more than the minimum purchase of 10 boxes, and the SPV also told me to buy another floor and CUT the stepnose by myself if the purchase was below 10 boxes (if I can't give a price list on the same day, Monday, it's better to say so) buy everything on thursday, not even the important thing is payment right away)
I think there's more value if you buy Indogress, I don't know if it's even zonk.. in the end you have to buy more granite (and definitely wait a few more days, because the first order on Monday hasn't arrived yet let alone the 2nd order on Thursday & may be subject to postage because buy a little) and what's worse is CUT YOUR OWN stepnose (which value is offered??) In fact, it costs me more because I have to order 2x + waste of time
Thank you indogress, with services like this I regret choosing granite indogress even I already feel sorry before my order arrived & was installed
