Perjanjian tidak sesuai jam, selalu telat dan di undur2. Jika telat datang tidak di info sama sekali. Service unit lelet, penggantian spear part juga lelet

β β β β β Sama seperti review yg lainnya perusahaan ini sangat buruk dalam menangani pelanggan, jadwal sering di cancel sesuka hati. Kalau ada rate minus akan saya berikan. Bahkan untuk service AC 1 unit bisa butuh waktu 3-4 minggu hanya karena cancel, cancel, cancel & maafkan kami bla bla bla. Serius sangat tidak rekomen jika ingin yg cepat.
Saran untuk manajemen perbaiki lah kinerja para sdm nya mulai dari customer service hingga teknisi, jika memang tidak sanggup mengatasi pesanan sebaiknya dibatasi jangan semua diterima yg malah kerjaan cancel terus. Padahal hasil service unit di kalian bagus, sangat disayangkan selain itu sangat buruk.
Saya setiap order tidak menggunakan nama yg muncul di account ini jadi admin tidak usah cape2 cek history transaksi saya disana.
Just like other reviews this company is very bad at handling customers, schedules are often canceled at will. If there is a minus rate, I will give it. Even for 1 unit AC service it can take 3-4 weeks just because it is cancel, cancel, cancel & forgive us blah blah blah. Seriously, no recommendation if you want a fast one.
Suggestions for management to improve the performance of the staff, from customer service to technicians, if you are not able to handle the order, it should be limited, not all of them are accepted, but the work continues to cancel. Even though the results of your service unit are good, it's a shame apart from that it's very bad.
I every order do not use the name that appears on this account so the admin doesn't have to bother checking my transaction history there.

β β β β β Sama seperti review yg lainnya perusahaan ini sangat buruk dalam ketepatan waktu, jadwal sering di cancel sesuka hati. service AC 2 unit selalu cancel, cancel, cancel dari jadwal yang diberikan hingga 2 minggu. Serius sangat tidak rekomen jika ingin yg cepat. Hasil pemasangan rapi dan service juga bagus cuma sayang ketepatan waktu tidak bagus.

β β β β β Ternyata semua review yang ada semua BENAR. Omongannya tidak bisa dipegang. Book service dari minggu lalu, dapat jadwal hari ini, Senin 14 Juni jam 10 pagi. Ditungguin sampai jam 10 lewat tidak ada kabar. Kita telpon, katanya nanti siang coba dijadwalin. Tidak profesional, waktu kita yg berharga jadi terbuang. Sengaja nundain semua jadwal pagi ini karena mau servis AC, semua jadi berantakan. Buat owner, kalau ada penundaan, setidaknya kabarinlah customer, kasih kabar. Ini saya udah jadwal dari seminggu yang lalu, bukan dadakan. Nama baik usaha anda akan jelek kalau pelayanannya seperti ini. Hargai waktu orang lain. Berharap dpt langganan servis AC yg baru deket rumah, karena showroomnya indocool lumayan bagus dr luar, tapi ternyata pelayanannya kurang profesional.

Untuk argo ojol keterangan aplikasi barang 1 gram, ternyata invoice nya yg 1 gram, dan barangnya lebih dr 1kg berat dan ukuran lebih besar, sayapaham anda menghindari ongkir yang mahal, semoga usahanya berkah yg memanipulasi ongkir ojol, semangat buat kalian ???
