★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ternyata disini beda ya ? saya kira pesang indihome dimana saja bisa sama, kenapa disini harganya bisa lebih murah dibanding daftar langsung dengan plasa telkom atau sales lainnya ?
 turns out it's different here, huh? I think indihome severance can be the same anywhere, why is the price cheaper here than registering directly with the telecom platform or other sales?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terus terang saya sangat kecewa ama Indihome, belum terpasang internetnya sudah kecewa. Gimana gak kecewa, setelah saya mendaftar sebagai pelanggan saya di hubungi oleh staff telkom sukabumi untuk pemasangan, saya senang sekali sampai saya menggagalkan jalan2 demi untuk indihome, setelah itu saya dihubungi lagi untuk konfirmasi kedatangan teknisi, saya sedang di jalan langsung pulang menunggu.
Setelah itu teknisi datang, mengecek semuanya, setelah 3 jam memeriksa teknisi mengatakan cancel alasannya jaringan penuh, waduh gimana gak kecewa saya, jauh2 dari tempat liburan langsung pulang yang di dapat kecewa. Sampai saya ngebut tuh jangan sampe keduluan ama teknisinya.
Harusnya kirim dulu tim survey, bukan teknisi pemasangan, kalo bilang mau survey kami pasti gak akan pulang, karena tim survey jaringan pasti di luar rumah. Pelajaran deh buat indihome, banyak2 belajar dan profesional.
Bilang cinta ternyata berdusta, pasti akan sakit hatinya. Itu aja yang dirasakan, apalagi anak2 saya sampai bilang kenapa yah gak survey jaringan dulu baru pasang. Anak kecil aja tahu kok.
Frankly I was very disappointed with Indihome, the internet was not yet installed. How not to be disappointed, after I registered as my customer, contacted by telkom sukabumi staff for installation, I was so happy that I foiled the path for the indihome, after that I was contacted again to confirm the arrival of technicians, I was on my way home to wait.
After that the technician came, checked everything, after 3 hours of checking the technician said cancel the reason was the network was full, how come it didn't disappoint me, far from the vacation spot right away I was disappointed. Until I speed up, don't get to the technical level.
You should first send the survey team, not the installation technician, if you say we want to survey we will definitely not go home, because the network survey team must be outside the house. Lessons for indihome, lots of learning and professional.
Saying love turned out to be a lie, it would definitely hurt his heart. It's just what is felt, especially my children who say why don't they survey the network first and then install it. Just a kid knows.
