★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan di indihome plaza telkom bsd keren ya, tadi pagi saya mau putus langganan aja udh bawa modem suruh dibawa balik lg krn tidak ada solusi mengenai penyelesaian tagihan saya.. lucu ya sampe tidak dibolehkan isi form berhenti langganan dan modem yg saya bawa disuruh dibawa kembali.. pd akhirnya modem saya tinggal begitu saja tanpa ada penyelesaian dan saya dianggap masih berlangganan pdhl jaringan internet drmh diisolir
Services in indihome telkom plaza are cool, yeah, this morning I want to break up the subscription and bring the modem to be brought back again because there is no solution regarding my bill settlement .. funny yes until it is not allowed to fill the subscription stop form and the modem that I brought was told to be brought back again .. in the end my modem just stayed without any resolution and I was considered still subscribed to the internet network where it was isolated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah datang ke gedung ini, karena bayar tagihan 2 bulan tapi, perangkat tidak pernah di pasang, akhirnya aku minta cabut. Malah mereka minta 12 bulan berjalan di bayar, padahal perangkat tidak dipasang. Katanya uang bisa dikembalikan dan akan di proses, dah hampir 4 bulan, ttp gak ada, kabar. BRAVO

In fact, they asked for 12 months to be paid, even though the device was not installed. He said the money could be returned and would be processed, already almost 4 months, but there was no news.
