Hallo indihome, jujur saya sangat kecewa dengan CS yang tidak responsif. Saya sudah berkali-kali mengajukan permohonan pemberhentian layanan dari bulan april 2020 tapi tidak ditanggapi juga, memang karena pandemi dan saya sedang pulang kampung jadinya melalui telepon, tapi nggak sampai disitu aja, teman saya yang juga memakai layanan bersama sudah menelepon dan chat melalui aplikasi indihome dan tetap saja gak ditanggapi, hanya disuruh menunggu telpon dsb, sedangkan telpon dari indihome hanya sekali, kalau tidak terangkat gara2 sedang kuliah online bagaimana coba ? status saya mahasiswa, di data indihome juga seharusnya ada. Yang lebih saya kecewa lagi, pada bulan mei dan juni, saya tidak mendapat tagihan indihome dan saya pikir mungkin sudah di respon, namun di bulan juli saya malah mendapat tagihan yang notabene nya saya sudah tidak menggunakan layanan mulai bulan april. saya mendapat pemberitahuan dari indihome berkali-kali dan sudah saya jelaskan, namun karena CS nya beda2 sehingga gak tau dan gak nyambung gimana persoalannya. Tolong lah, sistemnya diperbaiki lagi.. bukan cuma layanan internetnya aja tapi layanan ke konsumennya juga. Tolong, melayani dengan penuh tanggung jawab.
Hello indihome, honestly I am very disappointed with CS that is not responsive. I have repeatedly requested service termination from April 2020 but it was not responded to either, because of the pandemic and I was returning home by phone, but it didn't stop there, my friend who also used the service together had called and chat via indihome application and still not responded, only told to wait for a telephone etc., while the phone from Indihome only once, if not picked up because of being lectured online how to try? my status is a student, in indihome data there should also be. Even more disappointed I, in May and June, I did not get indihome bills and I thought it might have been responded, but in July I even got bills which incidentally I had not used the service starting in April. I have been notified by Indihome many times and I have explained it, but because the CS is different so I do not know and do not connect how the problem is. Please help, the system is being repaired again ... not just the internet service but the service to the customers too. Please, serve responsibly.

Sedih sdh 3 kali mengajukan pemasangan indihome tp ditolak dengan alasan jaringan penuh
It's sad that I applied for indihome 3 times but it was rejected on the grounds that the network was full

Saya sebagai langganan Indihome, izin untuk melapor telah k buka kotak Indihome di kp pilar 2 depan GG bengkong, saran saya agar mencegah kecurian dan kabel kabel berantakan dimohon untuk di tutup kembali kotak yg terbuka tersebut,,,segera mungkin untuk diperhatikan ?
As an Indihome subscriber, the permission to report has opened the Indihome box at pillar 2 front of GG Bengkong, my advice is to prevent theft and messy cables, please close the open box ... as soon as possible to pay attention ?

Sudah mendaftar dari beberapa bulan yg lalu, pernah sampai daftar sampai 2 kali dengan ktp berbeda dibilangnya "nanti kami proses", tapi saat survey ke rumah selalu bilang "maaf jaringan sudah penuh" sampai kotaknya full bahkan sampai ada penambahan kotak pun masih sama spt itu juga, eh taunya beberapa hari yg lalu ada yg baru masang juga. Lah kan katanya penuh toh, saya yg sudah lama daftar kok dilewat? Apa karena jarak rumah dari kotak yg jaraknya -+ 100 meter?
