★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kirim barang di tgl 26 Oktober 2021 sampai 4 November 2021 tidak sampai jg.
Pada hal melalui udara dan sudah saya katakan paket butuh cepat (urgent).
Kata yg terima barang, lewat udara 3-4 hari sampai dan kalau jalur darat 7-8 hari baru sampai.
Di tgl 1 saya cb wa bagian pusatnya, katanya udah di cabang Balige. Saya di suruh hubungi ksna.
Dsna dioper ke adminnya saya.
Saya wa admin Balige, katanya tu paket blm ada di Balige
Saya wa lagi admin pusatnya, sama sekali tidak di respon saya.
Bekerja tu yg jujur bos, hidup gak usah kebanyakan drama dan bohong.
Sangat2 mengecewakan dan tidak ada tanggung jawab dr pihak pengiriman.

Sending goods from Bogor to Jember It's been 9 days and it hasn't arrived.. Call to Call Center, no response.. poor service, yatama.. given up.. don't use it anymore cargo
