★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini tepat Sabtu tanggal 9 April 2022 di siang hari sekitar jam 12 . Saya treatmen creambath ccurly dan pedicureee.
Masalah !
1. Mba nya kaya ga niat creambath pas nyuci buru buru kaya mau ambil gaji ! Pas mijet kaya cuma di elus ga berasa apa pun beda sama yg waktu bulan lalu saya kesini enak ! . Masa iya belom ada 30 menit langsung dicuci lah gileee kali !!! Pijatan ga ada rasanya kan disana saya bayar !!
Biasa nya saya kasih tips ini bener bener kecewa murung !!
Mau gue tegor bulan puasa tadi masih puasa !
2. Ps dicuci kepala gue kaya pohon dicuci nya ampe kemata mata !!! Shower nya ampe kena jidat dan ga ada kata maaf !!! Kepala gue bener bener ya Allah ga sopan si asli kaya ga niat kerja !!! .
3. Minta curly gue udah kasih contohhh ! Kata dieee bisa ! Padahal gue udah tanya lagi “bisa ga Mba?” Kata dia bisaaa !! Pas jadi settt jauh dari ekspektasi bagusan gue kemana mana yg catokannn !!! Yg kiri curly keluar yg kanan curly masuk sumpah anehhhh banget !!! Alhasil pulang pulang gua nyetok lagi bangke !
3. Gue mau pediii tapi yg abis creambath gue lepas tangan gue nunggu ampe 20 menitan baru dikerjaiin tapi yg pedicure gue lagi hamil dan teliti si bagus !!!
Gilaaa gue disitu bayar ampe 200 an lebih tapi pulang pulang ngeluhhh ! Malah pusing harusnya enteng kepala . Dan baru ini creambath ga dipijet mungkin menurut dia dipijet gue ga ngerasa ap ap cuma di elus !!!!

Problem !
1. It's like you don't have the intention of taking a cream bath when you wash, rush like you want to take a salary! When the massage is like it's just being stroked, it doesn't feel anything, it's different from the one last month when I came here, it's delicious! . Yes, it's not even 30 minutes yet, wash it right away gieee times !!! There's no massage, right there, I pay for it!!
Usually I give these tips, I'm really disappointed and depressed!!
I want to remind you that the fasting month was still fasting!
2. Ps I wash my head like a tree, wash it up to my eyes!!! The shower got hit on the forehead and there was no word sorry!!! My head is really, God is not polite, the original looks like he doesn't want to work!!! .
3. Ask for curly, I've already given you an example! Dieee said you can! Even though I asked again "can you do it, Ma'am?" He said he could!! When I'm settt, it's far from my good expectations, where do I point it out!!! The one on the left is curly, the one on the right, curly goes in, I swear it's really weird!!! As a result, when I came home, I stocked up again!
3. I want to pedicure, but after the cream bath, I let go of my hand, I waited for 20 minutes before getting it done but the one for pedicure I'm pregnant and careful is good !!!
It's crazy that I paid up to 200 more there but came home complaining! Even dizzy should lighten the head. And recently, the creambath wasn't massaged, maybe according to him, it was massaged, I didn't feel anything, I just stroked it!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jujur kecewa banget. Dulu waktu SMA (2009-2012) suka treatment disini. Tapi habis itu udh jarang krn sibuk kuliah dan kerja pas sekarang coba balik kesini krn deket dari rumah (biasanya ke salon lain) eh malah dapet bad experience.
1. Dateng padahal udh buat janji via wa. Eh tp pas disana main lempar2an. Terus terapisnya bisa gitu nolak di depan customer dengan alasan ini itu. Gak nyaman banget. Terlihat tidak professional
2. Pedicure step nya loncat2 banget. Dan gak telaten kayak asal. Kondisi kuku saya memang masih mengkilap, tapi saya mau dapet perawatan buat kaki saya apa salah? Udah gitu pas area jempol di potongnya dalem banget. Saya tanya itu gak kedaleman? Karena pengalaman saya kalau di potong dan di congkel dalem gitu bakal cantengan. Bener dong. Pagi ini saya bangun, jempol kaki saya bengkak dan sakit ! Ada fotonya.
3. Waxing kaki... saya kaget waktu terapis make kertas bekas nota untuk mencabut rambut kaki saya. Memang di awal waktu mereka main lempar2an siapa yg nanganin saya dia bilang susah untuk mengerjakan waxing. Terus dia malah nanya ke kasir, emang ada kertas aplikatornya. Loh, saya bingung kalo emang gak ada dan gak bisa kenapa di wa confirm nya bisa. sewaktu hampir selesai pedicure, saya ditanya. Jadi waxing ka? Saya jawab jadi. Karena emang saya mau sekaligus perawatan disini. Pas udah pengaplikasian, Saya sangat kecewa. Rambut2nya ada yg gak kecabut. Udah saya minta coba lagi untuk di cabut. Dia beralasan "susah ini ka karena bulunya halus, tapikan yg tebel2 udah saya cabut" ..dan di dukung teman terapis lainnya meng-iya-kan bahwa hasil waxing ini bagus dan bersih. Buat saya ini belang bentong. Apalagi bagian belakang. Saya waxing di tempat lain bisa kok rambut nya kecabut semua. Aneh. Ada fotonya ya. Ini sebagian spot yg saya ambil.
Honestly very disappointed. When I was in high school (2009-2012) I liked the treatment here. But after that, it's rare because I've been busy with college and work. Right now, try to come back here because it's close to home (usually to another salon).
1. Came even though you already made an appointment via wa. Eh but right there playing throwing. Then the therapist can refuse in front of the customer for this reason. Not very comfortable. Looks unprofessional
2. The pedicure steps are really jumping. And not as painstaking as the original. My nails are still shiny, but I want to get treatment for my feet, what's wrong? That's right, when the thumb area is cut, it's really deep. I asked is it not deep? Because in my experience, if you cut it and pry it out, it's going to be crooked. That's right. This morning I woke up, my big toe was swollen and sore! There's a photo.
3. Waxing my feet... I was surprised when the therapist used scrap paper to pull out my leg hair. Indeed, at the beginning when they were playing throwing, who handled me, he said that it was difficult to do waxing. Then he even asked the cashier, there is indeed an applicator paper. Loh, I'm confused if it doesn't exist and can't why on wa confirm it can. when I was almost done with the pedicure, I was asked. So you waxed? I answered so. Because I really want treatment here at the same time. After the application, I was very disappointed. Her hair is not pulled out. I've asked to try again to unplug. He reasoned "this is difficult because the hair is soft, but I have removed the thick ones" ..and supported by other therapists, they confirmed that the waxing results were good and clean. For me this is a striped bentong. Especially the back. I waxed elsewhere, how come all the hair is pulled out. Weird. There's a photo. These are some of the spots I took.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there to get my manicures and pedicures, but turned out they tortured my fingers by cut it way toooo short and it bleed, and still the capster said "merah doang". I contact the number on the wall for "kritik dan saran", and their replies were defending their capster by saying "mereka sudah berpengalaman bertahun-tahun lho", eventhough I already attached the photos of my ruined fingers. If that so, then why my fingers bleeding?
Also, the salon isn't hygienic and it should be your concern, more over in this pandemic era.
They are not cheap, they looks cheap.
