Pelayanan customer service juga sangat baik. Pemilik ikut melayani dengan baik, bisa konsultasi terlebih dahulu terkait kerusakan atau pergantian alat yang dibutuhkan kendaraan. Onderdil juga cukup lengkap dan menyediakan onderdil yang ori, karena bengkel ini menjadi penyalur resmi dari honda dan yamaha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Part yang tersedia lumayan sedikit, soalnya bebrapa harus ambil di bengkel lain, montir lebih dari 3 sepertinya, harga sepertinya lebih murah dibanding bengkel resmi, tapi disayangkan pelayanan kurang begitu ramah bagi orang yang awam tentang mesin motor yang rusak, pengerjaan juga lebih lama.
