★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kirim kayu gaharu dari jakarta ke Jawa Timur. Sampai Tujuan kayu2nya berantakan. Katanya saat perjalanan ada yang jatuh dll. Akhirnya kami harus menanggung kerugian karena itu. Sangat mengecewakan. Padahal saya pernah pakai indah kargo dr Surabaya baik2 saja.
I sent agarwood from Jakarta to East Java. Until the goal of the wood falls apart. He said that during the trip something fell etc. In the end we had to bear the loss because of that. Very disappointing. Even though I once used a beautiful cargo from Surabaya, it was fine.
