★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa, karena admin beralasan mulu saat saya minta di pick up barang yg akan dikirim dg berat 50 kg lebih. Malah admin suruh saya antar sendiri. Alasan banyak barang yg di pickup, saya buat janji kapan longgarnya malah tidak dibalas.
 Disappointed, because the admin reasoned all the time when I asked for a pick-up for goods to be shipped weighing 50 kg more. In fact, the admin asked me to deliver it myself. The reason why many items were picked up, I made an appointment when the loose ends were not even answered.

Status dibawa kurir berhari2 ga ada update tanya ke call center via wa bilangnya hub cabang terkait, karena kemungkinan dibawa kembali ke gudang karena sudah ada percobaan pengiriman. Kenapa kembali ke gudang padahal penerima selalu di rumah? Kalo diantar misal ga ada orang pun bisa dihubungi via no hp kan? Yaudah akhirnya hub cabang terkait via no wa yg dikasih. Cabangnya di wa ga respon sama sekali. Hotline call center sibuk terus ga bisa ngomong sama operator. Gak taulah ini nasib paket saya gimana. Gak akan lagi deh pake ekspedisi ini. Kapok!
The worst logistic company ever. The status was taken by the courier for days, there was no update, asked the call center via wa, he said, the related branch hub, because it might be brought back to the warehouse because there had been a delivery attempt. Why go back to the warehouse when the recipient is always at home? If it's delivered, for example, no one can be contacted via cellphone number, right? So finally the branch hub is linked via the given wa number. The branch is not responding at all. The call center hotline is busy and can't talk to the operator. I don't know what is the fate of my package. I will no longer use this expedition. Kapok!
