extremely crispy so you can actually eat the bones, grab it fast while hot so you can have the taste of garlic, turmeric, luring saltiness and its just heaven!
side dishes to include beef rendang, tumis pakis (veggies) and green chili grilled fish. upon checkout you might also consider to buy its Bareh Solok (Solok's rice)

β β β β β #Let'sGuide, looking for a good taste of Minang Culinary than u should to Indah Jaya Minang when ever u'r at Alam Sutra, during lunch u should wait to be seated. This resto is a cash only restaurant. Air conditioned and plenty of seats. Here u should try their fried chicken ,its crispy and its their best menu. Price here consider expensive, it will cost u around 300 - 500.000 IDR for 5 person depending on the menu u take
