★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengantarannya cepat dan staf nya komunikatif & cekatan. Saya kirim 6 toples kue kering lebaran ke Jambi. Ke ILI nya hari Selasa pukul 10.30 siang dan dapat laporan via email hari Kamis malam bahwa paket saya sudah diterima adik saya. Saya datang dg kardus tipis ke ILI dan saya bayar utk ditambah bubble wrap dan kardus lbh tebal utk di luarnya seharga Rp 15.000,- (harga disesuaikan tergantung besar paket).
Secara keseluruhan, saya puas menggunakan pengantaran dengan ILI ??

The delivery is fast and the staff is communicative & deft. I sent 6 jars of Eid cookies to Jambi. Go to ILI on Tuesday at 10:30 noon and get a report via email Thursday night that my package has been received by my sister. I came with a thin cardboard to ILI and I paid for it plus bubble wrap and a thicker cardboard box for the outside for Rp. 15,000 (price adjusted depending on package size).
Overall, I am satisfied to use delivery with ILI ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mengirim barang dari tanggal 13-11-2018 blom sampai ga ada kabar sampai tanggal 20-11-18. Ditelpon ga diangkat angkat .hp nya mlah dimatiin klo ditelpon . Sangat kecewa. Penipuan .Ngomongnya 3 hri nyampe. Ni sampai seminggu lebih . Ga ada kbar. Setidaknya ditelpon diangkat donk.biar ga kecewa .biar ada kepastian. Tu barang kan jilbab sya krim untuk custamer saya.Kalo kyak begini kan jdi mngecewakan byak pihak.
Saya aja ngirim barang lewat JNE bru kmrin ngrim hari ni nyampe.pdahal pakai JNE Reguler. Sekarang uda kapok ga bakal lg mngirim brang pakai indah kargo mandiri .Ga da tanggung jawabnya. Sangat kecewa .
Sending goods from 13-11-2018 blom until there is no news until 20-11-18. Called not picked up. The cellphone is turned off when called. Very disappointed. Fraud. The talk arrived 3 days. Ni for more than a week. No kbar. At least the call is answered, so that you won't be disappointed. Let there be certainty. I have a creamy hijab for my custamer, if this is the case, it will disappoint some of the parties.
I just sent the goods via JNE, then the delivery arrived today, even though I used Regular JNE. Now I've given up, I'm not going to send goods using beautiful cargo independently. There's no responsibility. Very disappointed .
