★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sangat buruk sekali pelayanannya, 2 kardus barang saya, yg 1 kardus nyampe, yang 1 lagi di kirim senin, baru di berangkatkan kamis sore. dengan alasan salah alamat ke bandung. PADAHAL KURIR MREKA YG SALAH KIRIM. Alamat yg tercantum sudah benar dr onlineshopnya. saya complain, diberi respon sangat buruk oleh karyawan bernama MURI ! tidak ada permintaan maaf. DAN PIHAK CARGO TIDAK ADA PERTANGGUNG JAWABAN !
udh ga ada tanggung jawabnya sm skali, hanya dijanjikan barang nyampe paling telat rabu pagi (setelah 10 hari terlambat) dan ternyata mleset lagi. gitu berani bilang paling telat. ga bs d pegang sm skali omongannya. GIMANA MAU NGEMBAN AMANAH KIRIMIN BARANG ORG BANYAK ???
Ini cargo emang ancur banget, sangat sangat tidak rekomendasi pake cargo ini. TERUTAMA KARYAWAN YG BERNAMA MURI, belajar handle complain ya, kalo perusahaan sy punya karyawan seperti anda, sudah saya pecat !
Very bad service, 2 boxes of my stuff, one cardboard box arrived, the other one was sent Monday, then it was sent on Thursday afternoon. on the grounds of wrong address to Bandung. BADAH KURIR MREKA WHICH IS WRONG. The address listed is correct from online. I complain, given a very bad response by an employee named MURI! no apology. AND THE CARGO PARTY NO ACCOUNTABILITY!
