★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalman menggunakan fitur jemput barang sangat buruk, melakukan 3 hari konfirmasi penjemputan berujung dibohongi dan menghilang begitu saja. Tolong diperbaiki manajemennya, lebih baik berkata tidak sanggup daripada menggantung begini. Sudah rugi reschedule tiket gara2 diphp penjemputan kargo.
The experience of using the pick-up feature was very bad, doing 3 days of pickup confirmation ended up being lied to and just disappearing. Please improve the management, it's better to say you can't than hang like this. Already lost in rescheduling tickets because of cargo pickup.
