★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ada harga ada kualitaslah. walau dr pujit, lulur dll msh ada kekurangan terasa wjar krna hrganya murah krna lg promo. tp yg namanya promo kn digunakan untk mnarik pelanggan baru jd sbaiknya do the best. sy apreciate untk konsepnya yg menarik. tp agak kcewa dg playanannya. beberapa hal sy msh bsa maklum kcuali creambath yg dicancel oleh therapist dg alasan air yg tdk memadai lalu diberi krim krimbat untk sy krimbat sndri drumah. bagi sy itu bkan solusi yg tepat. pdhl tmpt ini jdi satu sama coffee shop dan fashion store jg jd mkin bsa cri air dr 2 tmpt tersebut mengingat mrka smua 1 owner. sy brencana dtg sx untk liat apa ada improvement dr phak salon thd msukan dr sy. jka msh ttp sma mkin memang lbh baik dtg k tmpt lain. thx
 there is a price there is quality. even though Dr. Pujit, lulur etc. msh there are shortcomings felt because of their cheap memory because of the promo. but the promo name is used for attracting new customers and it should be the best. I apreciate for the interesting concept. but it's a bit disappointed with the game. some things can still be used except creams that are blocked by the therapist with inadequate water reasons then given creamy cream for the sake of making it home. for me it is the right solution. In this case, we are also one of the coffee shops and fashion stores who also can get water from the two stores, remembering that they are all 1 owners. I have a plan for sx to see if there is an improvement from the salon to send me from sy. if it's still not really better than others. thx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spa nya gitu doang ya massage gak ada 15mnt udh kelar asal dipijet” doang, lulur jga di diemin doang gak digosok sm sekali, kelamaan didieminnya nunggu kering masker nya stgh jam sampe masuk angin trs disuruh mandi baru di creambath. Gak dikasih minuman juga. Diluar ekspektasi bgt pdhl bela”in dtg plg kerja biar badan enakan ini cuma buang” uang. Mentang” promo kali ya jadi pelayanan ke customer gak diutamain apa emg pelayanannya kaya gitu tmpt spa lain dgn harga segitu dikawasan yg sm juga udh bisa nikmatin perawatannya, ini bener” diluar ekspektasi bgt pengalaman pertamanya udh ngecewain bgt. Satu ruangan nyampur juga gak di kasih sekat. Bekas scrub jga berserakan diruang spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rambut rusak setelah perawatan yang katanya keratin smoothing. Tapi obat yang dipakai rebonding system hydroprisma by makarizo. Dan sudah di konfirm dari makarizo bahwa itu adalah obat untuk perawatan rebonding bukan smoothing. Tapi pihak salon tetap ngotot kalau itu perawatan keratin smoothing. Terpaksa tulis di review karena sudah di WA dan DM tapi tanggapannya kurang baik.
Damaged hair after the treatment is said to be keratin smoothing. But the drug used is rebonding the hydroprism system by Makarizo. And it has been confirmed from Makarizo that it is a medicine for rebonding treatment not smoothing. But the salon still insists that it's a keratin smoothing treatment. Forced to write in a review because it was in WA and DM but the response was not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo ga pake bintang gw kasih ga ada bintang deh... mentang2 diskon pelayananya ? telat 45 menit pdhal lg makan di cafe nya, ditanyain smpe berkali2. Kesannya kyk ga scr halus diusir, pas dipijet ckckckck bener aja dipromo pijet 1,5 jam plus totok wajah. Actual nya pijet 15 mnit trz didiemin aja gt smpe 30 mnit. Ga pake lulur dibiarin masuk angin gw, pas steam alat steam nya ga ada panas2 nya akhirnya memutuskan utk mandi. Dan terburuk lg muka mbak2 nya jutek2 smua. Beda sm di n**t dgn harga yg sama dpt fasilitas full pijet ga ngasal. Lbh baik ga diskon dr pd diakon tp ga bener sm sx mijet ??? very2 disapointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jujur baru kali ini review dengan perasaan kesel dan kecewa huhuhu ceritanya sore ini pengen quality time sepulang kerja (mumpung suami lembur), cari lokasi dan lgs kepikiran sama salon yang satu ini. Alasannya ya masa rumah daerah Taman Galaxy gak pernah nyalon disini. Simple as that. Check IG nya jujur menarik banget, banyak promo dan harganya pun masih reasonable.
Tiba di lokasi pkl 17.35 dan disinilah kekesalan gue dimulai. Sumpah, resepsionis dan therapistnya judes2 banget. Gue disuruh nunggu sekitar 10 menitan, entah karena apa sampai akhirnya datanglah ni mbak mbak therapistnya. Ok, happy dikit. Hal pertama adalah keramas. Gak gimana gimana sih standar keramas aja cuma dalam hati mulai bergumam ‘lah gini doang?’ Ok, habis itu creambath dong nii.. ditanya mau pakai strawberry apa cokelat, karena lagi pengen something sweet gue pilih cokelat. Jujur, gak sampe 10 menit creambathnya udh selesai ????? bayangin, baru mau merem melek keenakan lah udh selesai. Kecewa gak? Kecewa bangett HEHEHE trus gue masih hrs disuruh nunggu lagi karena 1 therapistnya kerjain beberapa customer. Bayangin lagi pandemi gini tu tangan menclok sana sini ???????? di blownya juga ampun dah lemes banget tsayyy ??
Pembayarannya cuma bisa cash, padahal di WA terinfo bisa cash dan transfer. Plus kasirnya ketus banget. Intinya sih kapok nyalon disini dan sekedar masukan aja untuk pemilik salon, sayang banget kalau buka usaha tapi gak niat gini. Banyak orang2 ketipu sama harga murah, mudah2an manajemennya bisa lbh baik di kemudian hari
Honestly, this is the first time I'm reviewing with feeling annoyed and disappointed, huhuhu, the story is that this afternoon, I wanted quality time after work (while my husband was working overtime), looked for a location and thought about this salon. The reason is that the house in the Taman Galaxy area has never been here. Simple as that. Check his IG, honestly, it's really interesting, lots of promos and the price is still reasonable.
Arrived at the location at 5:35 p.m. and this is where my frustration started. I swear, the receptionist and therapist are really bitchy. I was told to wait for about 10 minutes, I don't know why until the therapist finally came. Ok, happy a little. The first thing is shampoo. It doesn't matter, how about the standard of shampooing, I just start to mutter in my heart, 'Is that so?' Ok, after that creambath, dong nii.. I was asked if I wanted to use strawberry or chocolate, because I wanted something sweet, I chose chocolate. Honestly, it took less than 10 minutes for the creambath to be finished imagine, just want to give up the convenience of being literate, it's finished. Aren't you disappointed? Very disappointed HEHEHE then I still have to be told to wait again because 1 therapist is working on several customers. Think about this pandemic, your hands are sticking here and there
The payment can only be in cash, even though it is stated in WA that it can be cash and transfer. Plus the cashier is very curt. The point is, I'm tired of running here and just inputting it for the salon owner, it's really a shame to open a business but I don't intend to do this. Many people are deceived by cheap prices, hopefully the management can be better in the future
