★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenarnya rasa makanannya enak. Kalau dine in tidak pernah ada masalah.
Tapi setiap kali saya order via Go-Food. Entah ada saja masalahnya;
Trouble 1 - Saya order untuk Nasi Ayam Cha-siew. Tidak dikasih kuah soupnya. Sementara kalau saya pesan Go-Food dari store lain selalu include dengan kuah soupnya.
Trouble 2 - Nama deals yang sama tapi isi menu yang berbeda di aplikasi Gojek. Jadi membingungkan dan tidak sesuai harapan.
Trouble 3 - Saya order 4 item tapi yang datang hanya 3 item. Sementara di struk pembelian jelas2 tertulis ada total 4 item.
Bahkan sudah saya double check dengan Gojek driver, mereka sudah pesan sesuai dengan yang saya pesan di aplikasi. Pesanan datang juga masih di seal dengan cable cord. Tapi item yang datang kurang / tidak sesuai.
Bukannya happy saya malah jadi bad mood kalau order Go-Food ke store cabang Mall Atrium, Senen.
Actually the taste of the food is delicious. If dine in there is never a problem.
But every time I order via Go-Food. I don't know there's just a problem;
Trouble 1 - I ordered Cha-siew Chicken Rice. Not given the soup. Meanwhile, if I order Go-Food from other stores, always include the soup.
Trouble 2 - Same deals name but different menu contents in the Gojek application. So confusing and not as expected.
Trouble 3 - I ordered 4 items but only 3 items came. While on the purchase receipt it is clearly written there are a total of 4 items.
I even double checked with the Gojek driver, they ordered it according to what I ordered in the application. The order came still sealed with a cable cord. But the item that arrived is not suitable.
Instead of being happy, I actually get in a bad mood when I order Go-Food at the Mall Atrium branch store, Senen.

Untuk rasa sama aja sih enaknya kayak cabang imperial lainnya di beberapa mall..
Rasanya enak gak mengecewakan, dan harganya gak terlalu mahal banget..
Pilihan menunya juga beragan banget, semua ada dari bubur, dimsum, lauk berat, sayur semua ada..
Untuk pelayanannya juga bisa di bilang cepet, dari order makanan sampai makanan datang tidak terlalu lama..
Paling naksir sama bumbu bawang putih cabenya, enak banget.. Banyak yang bisa pakai bumbu ini dari udang hingga cumi..
Rasa makanan : 8/10

Just for the same taste, just like other imperial branches in several malls ...
It tastes good and doesn't disappoint, and the price isn't really that expensive ...
The menu choices are also very diverse, everything from porridge, dim sum, heavy side dishes, vegetables are all there.
For service, it can also be said that it is fast, from food order to food, it doesn't take too long ...
Most have a crush on the garlic chilli seasoning, it's really delicious .. Many can use this spice from shrimp to squid ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pesan 2 menu menggunakan jasa Gofood pda saat saya sedang sakit demam. Saya pesan sup jagung telur dan mochi dalam sup jahe. Rasanya enak. Untuk supnya, jagungnya saya rasa kurang, tapi rasanya so far masih enak. Mochi dalam sup jahenya menggunakan isian wijen hitam.
I ordered 2 menus using Gofood services when I was sick with a fever. I ordered egg corn soup and mochi in ginger soup. It feels good. For the soup, I think the corn is lacking, but the taste is still good so far. The mochi in the ginger soup uses black sesame filling.
